A great guest house. A very beautiful courtyard, there is a Playground, gazebo, barbecue. All rooms have air conditioning, refrigerator, bathroom, shower. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. There is a washing machine. Very friendly host Andrey. He will always help with excursions and in general you can always contact him with any questions and get answers to them.

We recently returned from a vacation in the "Quiet Harbor" (June 9-23, 2024). Everything is fine! The photos correspond to reality. Perfect cleanliness is constantly maintained. A cozy green courtyard, a barbecue area, in the heat it is very good in the shade of trees. The bed, mattress, and pillows are very comfortable, which is important. I was pleased with the kitchen - no problems with water (as well as in the room), dishes, household appliances. Excellent friendly sociable hosts Andrey and Tatiana, they will always prompt and help. I recommend.

In mid-July 2024, the whole family had a rest at the Tikhaya Gavan Hotel. We walked to the sea for 15 minutes at a calm pace.We really liked that the room was clean, had air conditioning, refrigerator, bathroom. The hotel is cozy, there are tables near each room where you can eat😊
There is also a kitchen, everything is modern and clean)
The hosts Andrey and Tatiana are very hospitable and friendly people, they organized all the excursions for us)
We will definitely return to them next summer)) 👍

We rested in a Quiet harbor in September 2023. This is a wonderful mini-hotel, where it's nice to relax on vacation from stuffy, noisy, polluted cities. Here are cozy clean rooms with very comfortable beds and good linens. Nice clean spacious kitchen, equipped with everything you need if you have a desire to cook something.
A large barbecue area, a swing in the shade of ripe citrus fruits, where you can sit in the evening after relaxing by the sea, a beautiful playground where children play with pleasure.
Very friendly, welcoming and caring host Andrey, who will help you pick up an excursion and arrange a transfer. Always responds instantly to any request, ready to help and advise.
Come to the Quiet Harbor! You won't regret it!

I had a rest in July at the Tikhaya Gavan Hotel. We lived for 9 days, the room was cleaned 1 time, and I had to swear, after which the cleaner said we could not go. The bed has never been changed. The lights were constantly turned off and, accordingly, there was no water. Animation is a separate topic, such a miracle has never been seen anywhere, work on the sidelines, just to pretend that we are working.Of all the staff, the friendly staff at the reception, thank you to them. I would like to sincerely thank the owners of the Tikhaya Gavan guest house Andrey and Tatiana for the warm welcome, for the comfort, for the hospitality! Everything is so convenient for you on the territory that it cannot be expressed in words. Excellent kitchen, everything is there, there is shade in the yard, a Playground, greenery! To the sea at a calm pace of 15 minutes is even a huge plus, physical activity! There are shops nearby. We had a rest in early July 2024. Cleanliness, order and silence.for 9 days of stay, there was a change of towels and wet cleaning 1 time. pleasant and serious hosts. No complaints. The photo corresponds to reality. Traces and the smell of dampness were found in the double room behind the wardrobe, for people with asthma to take note.The territory is beautiful and well maintained. I liked everything, BUT for people without a car, you will have to walk to the beach for at least 20 minutes in the stuffy air and under the scorching sun.It was a little hard for us. The sea is 1200 meters away.

We had a vacation with a friend from September 2 to September 12, 2023. I really liked it. Quiet place, nice room. The attitude of the host Andrey towards the guests is very respectful. In the early morning, the maid will wash the floor on the terrace, wipe all the tables near the rooms, Andrey (personally saw) will work with the garden and flower beds. When we get up in the morning, the area glitters and shines. Nice playground, barbecue area. You can cook, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Many thanks to the owners of this mini-hotel. The name corresponds to reality.

In general, the atmosphere and location are not bad. BUT..
A huge disadvantage for us was the attitude of the owner of this guest house to the guests.
It was the first time we contacted Andrey via WhatsApp. We marked the date and time of arrival, arrived at the appointed time, in the morning. a fence with a combination lock. We rang the bell for 20 minutes, no one came out until the maid heard the dog barking.
Couldn't you have given us the code in advance?
Later they saw and heard from the owner that he was a child hater, it is not clear why then make a playground and populate guests with children? in order not to be unfounded, the owner drove our children from the playground at 20:00, because they frolicked and interfered with other residents without children, one couple on the second floor. One day, many people went on excursions and the owner was very glad out loud that there were no children today, as it was quiet and good without them.
This person does not have Caucasian hospitality, at least with the new ones for sure. His friends settled in, so he pulled out his juices for them and lit a barbecue and they drank in the gazebo until 12 at night. That's such a different attitude.
There are guest houses in Ldzaa for the same money, but at times more pleasant in terms of location and cordiality!
I won't be coming back here for sure!

A great place to relax. It was a comfortable 15-minute leisurely walk to the beach, which helped us not to gain a couple of kg for a seal vacation. The hosts help with the selection of excursions. The place is really quiet and green. There is a beautiful small garden in the courtyard, wild grapes cover the rooms from the heat and create something like a gazebo at the extreme rooms.
There is even a playground for children.
There is a store (household goods and groceries) and a public transport stop nearby.
I really liked it here.

We had a rest in September , a terrible host, zero conditions , a concentration camp requirement , a spoiled vacation . The stench and smell of mold in the rooms are not for children and asthmatics , the control of arrival and departure from the owners ( entered the room without our knowledge ) in an imperative tone demanded to turn off the light , the voltage did not pull the stove or kettle , WiFi does not work , far from the sea .
The appearance of the owner is also very important ( naked torso in only underpants , constantly )

There is a barbecue, and everything is attached to it. The hosts will always show and tell you everything. A very nice couple, Russians. This guest house is for family, quiet couples, with children. You can't make noise after 21-00. Yes, and in principle, you can never, but. The sea compensates for everything!!! This is the purest... The most hospitable!!!!!!!! I fell in love, I really don't want to eat pebbles... This is the central beach, there is a very decent pebble mix, small pebbles and sand, to the left of the central one... And even to the left to drive (we are by car) there- soooooook, it's so nice!!!!! And there are so many people there, practically no people!!!!! And there is a dining room nearby, with good prices... And borscht and salads, cutlets. Sand and sea = clean water!!! And it's true!!!!! There are no drains!!!!! All. Decide for yourself. Oh, yeah. There are plenty of hotels.
On an excursion, we drove to the Ritz. Nature, on the way, in the Ricin nature reserve, untouched, entrance 350 p. s., people. The lake is interesting, in cafes that are on the shore, I did not like fried trout, like hominy with beans, Everything is fresh, they do not know how to cook at all.

After booking a room in a Quiet Harbor, 10 minutes later, Andrey, the owner of the hotel, asked for an advance payment for 2 nights of stay, ostensibly for a guaranteed reservation. We booked through Booking, where a 30% prepayment was to be made 30 days before the stay through the website.
