Hello. We stayed at this Mini-hotel Tikhaya Gavan, 38A Tumanyan St., not to be confused with Tikhaya Gavan, 7 Morskaya St. (formerly Alakhadzy) in August 2024.
Among the disadvantages:
I. the quality of the provided housing is low, namely: a) the locks of the entrance door are stuck, b) the interior door does not even have an unlocking handle, the door itself does not close because it has sagged and swelled from constant humidity, c) the bathroom mirror just lies on the sink, not hung, not fixed, d)there is no towel rack in the bathroom, a self-tapping screw, e) the closet doors are broken off, f) dirt in the room, floors are not washed, bedside tables, (despite the fact that a Rose was cleaned there before moving in) g)The Wi-Fi works intermittently, or does not work at all, the same with the TV, h) the light in the bathroom went out on the third day of stay, asked the hostess to fix the Rose, to which she said we will do everything, but not what we did not do for the remaining 8 days.
II. the territory of the Quiet Harbor is in a dilapidated state, namely a) the swing is broken, b) the umbrella from the sun is broken, c) there is no fence between the neighboring plots, d) there are only two sun beds for 14 rooms.
III. the common kitchen, namely: a) a mess in the dishes, everything is piled up, mocked, the dishes are dirty, the manager-hostess Rosa does not follow this at all, everything is as it is, b) there is no gas, only an electric stove, on which dumplings are queuing, because it is very it takes a long time to warm up, c) there is no container (tank) for garbage, all the garbage is stacked on the ground behind the kitchen and stored outdoors, and is taken out once (or twice) a week, while the smell from the pile of garbage spreads throughout the territory, but it does not seem to reach the rooms, which pleases d) the neighboring site, behind the hotel building has separate cabins for accommodating guests, they come to the common kitchen to cook, and take the necessary utensils, e)the kettle is only 1 pc., and it is old, dirty, with scale, water boils for about 5+ minutes, f) the microwave is 1 pc., the appearance is the same as the kettle, dirty (inside and outside), does not heat or warms for a very long time.
IV. We arrived at the hotel at 2:00 a.m., the room was not ready for our arrival, we were told to wait, as a result, the cleaning of the room was with us, we sat for 40 minutes, went to bed around 3 a.m.
V. The hostess is very passive in all matters.
Among the advantages:
I. Location (location) of the mini-hotel. Namely: a) the sea is about 7-10 minutes away, 500 m., b) the hotel is located deep from the Tumanyan street road, cars, you can't hear music at all, you can sleep with the window open at night, c) shops, cafes, wines are nearby - a 2-5 min walk
. II. On the road from the gostiny entrance gate to the building, about 100 meters away, there is a garden of neighboring plots not fenced, where figs, pomegranates, walnuts, hazelnuts, limes, cherries grow.
III. There is a swimming pool in the courtyard, in case you want to take a break and relax from the pestilence (sun), ideal for children.
IV. There is a refrigerator, one for a couple of rooms. There is air conditioning.
V. There is a parking area for private cars.
Overall, the rating is 3 plus on a five-point scale, I think the price and quality correspond. It's up to you to draw conclusions. Good luck to everyone.

A good guest house for an adequate price. Location in the village. You won't see any traffic here at night. Holidays are more for families with children. The beach and the sea are clean. The beach is pebbly 10 minutes at a leisurely pace. Yes, this is not the Pitsunda bay or the fish factory beach, but the prices for guest houses there are completely different.
There are also unpleasant moments:
1. The air conditioners have apparently never been serviced. For a comfortable stay in the room, the air conditioner must be constantly turned on at 16 degrees. Although I won't argue too much. Maybe we just came across one.
2. As already written, there is some shortage in the circles.
2. I think 3 refrigerators for 7 rooms on the floor are not enough. It is not comfortable with full occupancy.
In general, a solid house with a large enclosed Parking lot.

We were from 08/01/2024-08/10/2024. I really liked the quiet place, the owners are responsive and friendly! The rooms have clean towels, showers and everything was in the room for the face. We arrived at 2-00 at night, we were met and assigned to the room. In general, everything is human. I recommend this guest house to everyone if you are looking for a quiet, cozy place, then you are here. Next year we are going here! If you want to take excursions, we went individually and so with the mobile operators individually liked it more, by the way, the hosts offer individual excursions, I advise you not to regret it! I just have something to compare it with, so I say
