An application for a refund of tickets can be considered up to 2 weeks, despite the fact that it can be left no later than 1 calendar day before the event. And this also raises a question. It turns out that an application left on a day off for the company is not considered by the date of abandonment. And one calendar day miraculously turns into 2 days. In general, the impressions of the company are terrible, money is lost, the mood is completely spoiled. If possible, do not come across this organization.

Because so far your service looks like a service that uses customers' money at their expense, and returns it someday.
