We loved visiting this cafe with our family. So this time we decided to go to dinner with friends on March 8. A week before the holiday, I called and decided to make a reservation. The answer was: we have a lot of guests today, the receptionist will call you back. I waited for a call from the receptionist on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, but no one called back. I decided to call myself in the evening. The girl answered and said that there were no more places. I asked the receptionist to call back (she had a day off that day). But half an hour later they called me back and said that there had been no seats for two weeks. Dear management, please teach your employees how to answer the phone and respond correctly to social media. networks so as not to spoil people's holiday! And after such an attitude, the opinion of your institution deteriorated.
