Very long waiting. The waiter wasn't really caring. The dog inside the cafe tried to eat our food. Beverage online menu is inconvenient. 15% service fee is too much for that kind of service. Spoiled the mood.

This place is definitely worth a visit if you are looking for a cozy restaurant with excellent cuisine, a veranda overlooking Mtatsminda Mountain and affordable prices. We recommend it and we will definitely come back by ourselves!
The restaurant's menu offers a wide range of dishes for every taste. There is everything from classic khachapuri and khinkali to rarer and more traditional Georgian treats (for example, a dish called Madame Bovary). Everything is very tasty!
The prices were pleasantly surprised by their accessibility. Such a level of cuisine, service and atmosphere for such a reasonable price is a rarity.
And, of course, it is worth noting the service: the order is served fairly quickly, the staff is friendly, attentive and always ready to help with the selection of dishes.

Probably the best restaurant in Tbilisi in terms of price, quality and size of the dish. Convenient location, close to the old town, near a beautiful promenade, cable car, 15 minutes from the peace bridge. We were a big company at the end of August. Even despite the large influx of tourists, they always found a place for us. The staff is responsive, attentive, almost everyone speaks Russian. Large portions at reasonable prices, everything is very tasty. Warm atmosphere and design of the room. It's nice to see that the institution works according to the principle:
"In everything, do to people the way you want them to do to you."

It's a great place. It's a pity that we found him on the last day. It is very popular among the locals. The staff is very nimble and friendly.
The hall is large and noisy, who needs peace and quiet, pass by. The atmosphere of a Georgian feast reigns here. Order a decanter of homemade wine and enjoy the interior while waiting for the main order. The amount of the check, after the gastronomic pleasure received, will pleasantly surprise you.

The price/ quality is optimal for Tbilisi.
We've tried almost everything on the menu. I do not take only shish kebab, it is always dry for me, someone likes carbonate, but I prefer the neck.
In my longing for the capital's establishments, I take a chocolate flan here - this is my favorite.
There is smoking on the veranda, but the room is dark and it is not comfortable to sit there on a warm day.
The waiters, as soon as you get there, are always fast, but sometimes not friendly, but they have never refused to speak to me in Russian.
There is Wi-Fi, they call a taxi.
The location is convenient, near the dry bridge, there is a flea market on it, Mtkvari flows, near the Turkish quarter with a huge number of hookah
bars, I recommend this institution to all guests of the city.
If you order khinkali, specify how much the waiter wrote down.
We ordered 15 for 3, 50 were brought to us, and this is normal for Georgia, the waiter had no questions about how we would eat it🤣

There were wonderful impressions about this place. Reasonable prices, delicious chakhokhbili, khinkali, lobio, chvishtari, etc. Friendly, attentive, smiling and fluent in Russian Mariam is a dream waiter. A wonderful place with a non-pretentious entourage and atmosphere. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart and plan to come back here

This place is not on the tourist streets, so it is valuable. Georgians themselves eat here, which means that it is delicious and inexpensive there. This one is exactly like that. We found the restaurant by accident and had lunch only here for three days. All the dishes of Georgian cuisine are excellent, the staff is friendly. One thing is worth remembering, the portions are large, do not order a lot of everything at once. One salad can be easily divided into 3-4 servings, khinkali, khachapuri, fried suluguni, vegetable salads - everything is very tasty!

The dishes that are on the menu may not be available, there is practically nothing from soups except kharcho, we ordered "stewed veal", we were warned that it would be "a little spicy", as a result, chicken was brought, but replaced after a remark. And it was a very spicy dish, too spicy. Ordering tea in this cafe, as in Tbilisi, in general, is a bad idea: in principle, there are no kettles for the company, when ordering a cup of tea from a bag, they listed herbal tea, among other things, we ordered it, but brought green, the question was why we were told that there was no herbal tea, then it is unclear why he was offered at all and why wasn't he warned before serving.
Among the advantages of the menu: chizhi-wads and khinkali with mushrooms are not bad, but not everything in this cafe is worth trying. And yes, contrary to other reviews, there were no local customers here, only tourists

The location is excellent, beautiful view from the terrace. I liked the salad and khinkali very much, the stewed veal is too fatty, I had to cut off pieces of fat from the meat. Otherwise, everything is OK! Everything seemed too sharp to my husband.

We were invited to this restaurant, the table was booked for 22 hours. After scanning the Qcode, we looked at the menu on our phone. We made an order, there were no dishes, we were offered others. Beer was ordered from the drinks (local Georgian is very decent!)and dry white wine. The wine was brought in a vessel similar to a bottle with a wide neck (without a label!), what and from where was poured there remained a mystery? Such a gorgeous restaurant! Bring it in a bottle with a label!
The dishes that were ordered were prepared and brought quickly. Everything was delicious!
But, the empty plates were in no hurry to clean up! We were still sitting at the table😡
I was pleased with the receipt, 150 GEL (already with a tip) there were 5 of us. We ate well!

The food and service are super... It was the first time. After that, I was looking forward to another visit to the restaurant for a long time. But the second time, no food, no service. We waited for the order for more than an hour, all this time the waiters created the appearance of work and did not pay attention to us. We didn't wait for the order, the waiters said it was our fault for not reminding us.
The waiters are unbalanced, instead of apologies or dialogue at least - reproaches in our direction.

When asked to replace it, we received a lecture that such a cappuccino is made in any restaurant, and it is absolutely normal, and if we wanted more milk, then we had to take a latte
They did not agree to remove it from the receipt either

We visited your restaurant recently - on August 19th. The locals recommended it and we were satisfied. The price is very affordable for food in comparison with other places and besides, delicious cuisine for any choice. The waiters speak Russian and treat the visitors warmly. The interior is very beautiful and there are outdoor gazebos, you can dine outdoors. If you are in doubt about going or not, then we definitely recommend it. We would go again.

Your cafe is certainly a gem of gastronomic art, where every dish reflects the talent and skill of your chefs. I am very grateful to them for this.
However, despite the delicious taste sensations, I have to deal with serious shortcomings in the field of service. With each of my visits, I notice that the quality of service, unfortunately, does not match the high level of your cuisine. Waiters, who, it would seem, should be the hallmark of any institution, sometimes leave a feeling of indifference and inattention to guests. Their smiles seem to be kindled only in anticipation of a tip, and not from a desire to make a client's visit truly memorable.
Please do not let the level of service detract from the impression of the work of your chefs. The hospitality and attentiveness of the staff should go hand in hand with the quality of the dishes. Perhaps it's time to rethink the approach to training your team or even update the staff so that each client feels welcome and not just a visitor.
