A nice, cozy Georgian cafe. We attended two gastrofests - both were excellent: there was a lot of food, it was delicious. We can't estimate how "Georgian" it is, but we liked everything. The prices are reasonable.

the service is simply disgusting. in the prefix, they communicate more politely. the girl was sullen, answered questions as if they were stupid and should know everything themselves. for such prices, we would like appropriate service. the kitchen is delicious, but how does the staff spoil the impression ... they asked what kind of bread, to which the waitress replied "long bread with a hole" and sighed as if it was so obvious. We won't be coming back.

The food is terrible. Greasy , too much with spices , seasonings .Therefore, it reminded me of Indian cuisine, they didn't even eat the salad. One khachapuri in Adjarian is normal. In general, disappointment

A cozy Georgian restaurant. The coffee is good. The dessert was disappointing. Of the declared menu, there was only an apple pie, which was brought directly from the refrigerator. Surprised eyes were made at the request to warm up) But still we went forward and warmed up. A completely different taste. The reluctance to warm up the apple pie left an unpleasant aftertaste. I've been going to gastrofests for a long time and I've always been happy with everything! And now, after a long pause due to the coronavirus, a new gastrofest has finally started!!! It so happened that from the first day I tried something every day. No complaints about "Our pub" on Sukharevskaya, on "chef-arts" on the Winners, on "Mint- lounge" on Independence!!!! And so on Sunday we decided to try a set at Tiflis on Tolbukhin!!! I called beforehand and asked if there were any tables available. The time was offered later, so I asked to prepare a takeaway set by a certain time. Have arrived. Everything is quiet in the hall, there are people, but there are enough free tables!!!! She said that they had ordered with them, but they asked if they could put us in for half an hour, because there are places? The administrator Maxim refused, referring to the fact that everything is changing quickly. Okay. I punched the check. The receipt is 26.90!!!! I ask: For what??? Answer: For the dishes!!!! I'm sorry, but they didn't take money for Styrofoam dishes in any institution!!!! Okay, and they swallowed it. We are sitting in the hall, waiting for our set. People are coming. It is clear that those who have booked are allowed to pass. But here come two girls without armor and.... The administrator is planting them!!!!! We are waiting further. Another couple arrives who did not book a table and they are also offered to undress and pass!!!! Then I couldn't stand it and expressed my dissatisfaction with the administrator about this!!!! It turns out that, knowing that we are at the gastrofest, there were no places for us. Others did not voice naturally from the threshold that they would order and there were places for them!!!! Question: Why take part in Gastrofests if you are not in the mood to serve people????? TIFLIS has lost its customers in our face!!! No desire to go back there!!!!

The place is not very cozy from the very doors. An elderly woman works in the wardrobe. I have nothing against it, but her mumbling that "there is no place for jackets" did not set a very good tone.
The main hall itself is open. There is no sense of privacy on sofas and tables for 2 people.
And the biggest question for the menu.
Please specify the composition or degree of spiciness of your dishes. They took khinkali, and inside the finely chopped red chili, the girl-the admin waiter (did not understand what she was doing), noticing our dispute, asked what happened and received the answer "very acutely". She said, "Is this your first time here? Yes, we have very spicy dishes" and left.
In general, the first impression of this restaurant, and of Georgian cuisine, to put it mildly, is not very good.

We booked a table in Tiflis at 18.30 and asked to prepare an order by this time - they said that there was no need, so we serve everything promptly. We came-made an order - brought soup in 20 minutes - bread was carried to the soup for another 10 minutes) after another 20 minutes, cold khinkali with cheese was brought - just like from the refrigerator. The ordered 2 jars of borjomi were not brought an hour later, they said that the khinkali would be replaced in 20 minutes. And two hours after the order, khinkali with meat was brought to us. In TWO hours, Carl!
And dessert in general.. Deserves a photo!
We plunged into the service of Georgia with our heads 😭😱

I visited this institution during the Gastrofest. The weight of the set (declared) was 1460 grams. It's not even bad for two, it was enough for 1.5 hours, taking into account communication. The dishes are excellent as always, I have been visiting this place for more than 6 years and have never been disappointed. Yes, the menu may change a little, but the set of classic Georgian dishes remains, as well as light Georgian music. I recommend booking a table in advance and sitting away from the front door, at this time of the year it blows very much. The staff is not a constant thing, but to be honest, I have not come across poorly trained waiters for a long time. I recommend chacha from strong drinks :-) Bon appetit!

I made an order for a set on 09/19/20 at 11:00, the administrator said that the set would be ready at 12.00-12.30, I asked to book a table - we wanted to sit with the family slowly, enjoy, so to speak, Georgian hospitality, but we were told that all tables at 12.00-12.30 are occupied and offered a set to take away. Okay, I agreed, I really wanted to try this cuisine. But when I arrived at the specified time, I saw that only TWO tables were occupied. I didn't say anything, but I'm not going there anymore. Oh, and by the way, the weight of the set with Tara! it amounted to 1320 grams. Insular khinkali, lobio about nothing - just unleavened beans in something, and so the mini chebureks are delicious, kuchmachi and cheese elarji also liked it.
