From what can be improved, we bought jewelry, tried on and discussed one color, and when we arrived at the hotel in the evening, we found that the consultant had put a different color on, but we didn't check it on the spot either. My wife was upset, we didn't have much time, and the next day we had to adjust our plans and return unscheduled and make an exchange. Everything was done quickly and without questions during the exchange, and there were no apologies for the inconvenience.
