I was in the building, which is not on the coast, but across the street. The room was on the 1st floor with a small terrace, with access to the pool. After swimming in the pool, I left a towel on a chaise longue, went into the room for literally 5 minutes, came out - there was no towel anymore. I went to the reception to find out - they spread their hands, they say, we don't know, we didn't see, we didn't take it. Well, I think maybe the staff took it to the laundry and they'll put another one on me when I change. But this did not happen: they did not give me my passport at the check-out and demanded to pay for a towel, allegedly I stole it. I said, "here's the suitcase, look," but the girls at the reception didn't even move and it was clear that these tricks with stealing towels and then demanding payment, blackmail by not giving you your passport, and a bus to the airport is waiting for you.... in short, the impressions were terrible from the hotel staff, the hotel itself seemed quite cozy, so as not to look for a place to eat when leaving their cafe, you can eat inexpensively.. on the coast (across the street) is also not far away, there is one network, the ocean was choppy and raised sand from the bottom, it was not possible to assess the transparency of the water, the whole swimsuit is in the sand...at least something positive remained from the excursions (I really liked the Dalat and the silk factory, I brought a lot of different teas and coffee)..compared to Thailand, Vietnam is cleaner, as it seemed to me, fruits are cheap and delicious (it was in January), textiles are inexpensive, many replicas of good quality can be bought (many factories are sewn there and taken to Europe)
I was in this hotel about 10 years ago, as many write, I was settled across the street, in a room with a balcony shared by all. We moved to the first line for a large surcharge. Huge lizards were crawling on the walls of the room. There is practically no beach there, you can only see it in the evening at low tide. On weekends, local Vietnamese settle in and it gets very noisy and crowded. The hotel itself is not bad, but there is a better one with a beach! There is no infrastructure, it is a fishing village. Poverty, dirt, rats running underfoot in cafes on the coast.
I really enjoyed my vacation! The hotel is small! Everything is compact, we lived in a bungalow, there are two of them! The room is not big, but everything is there. Bath and shower in the bathroom! The bathroom is spacious.
Cleaning every day! The hotel is on the beach. Very convenient. The pool is clean and almost empty. There are plenty of sun beds. I didn't like the breakfasts. It is quite modest and not very tasty. The staff is "invisible" in a good sense of the word)))
We took a tour from Biblioglobus right away to a room with a sea view, as it was written in the voucher. There were no problems when checking in, there was the room closest to the sea on the 2nd floor. We really liked it. In the morning, for breakfast, we were transferred across the street to a restaurant, there were umbrellas and flip-flops in the room. And we've rubbed our feet. Massages were taken from them, the prices are about the same as everywhere else. In general, pleasant impressions. I can recommend it.
Nice, clean hotel. New towels every day, room cleaning. The Vietnamese are good-natured, smiling people. The beach is clean. There are deck chairs. We were in November, it was hot, the water was warm and there was no one on the beach! Very cool.
Good day! We visited this hotel in February 2025. One disadvantage for me is that locals come on Friday for the weekend (there are a lot of them). And so I liked everything. We lived on the first line, although there was a balcony facing the road. The food is delicious enough! And along the way (it's also central), there are cafes on cafes, shops on shops, massages, and exchange offices at every turn (but the exchange rate is different).
For 3 stars, everything is fine, room service every day, the beach is clean, big enough, sun beds, pool, I lowered the rating only because of the quality of food for breakfast, the food was not delicious, you could only eat scrambled eggs, sausages and noodles, coffee is not possible to drink coffee in the morning went to the coffee shop.
I really like this hotel. I was here before the pandemic and arrived in February 2024, as soon as direct flights were opened. Good price-quality ratio. Large rooms with somewhat shabby furniture, quite normal breakfasts and very friendly staff. Of course, the hotel has sunk compared to the pre-pandemic level, but I believe that everything will get better. In my opinion, the main value of this hotel is the local spa and acupuncture specialist. Those who have health problems should definitely take advantage of this chance. The price is simply ridiculous - about nine hundred rubles for an hour-long acupuncture session. If there is an opportunity, I will be happy to return to this hotel to relax and heal.
July 2024.
Upon checking into the hotel, it turned out that the hotel has two territories, with completely different quality of rooms. One area with two-storey buildings directly by the sea and it is from them that are depicted on the sites, the second area is across the street in courtyards in a cramped building with bus parking and overlooking not the sea or a tropical garden, but the roofs of houses.
These are small rooms with poor furniture, with a small window overlooking a balcony shared by all guests, which stretches along the entire building. Where children are running around, everything is absolutely walking, and if you left the balcony door open, anyone can come to you. Not to mention that you can't hang anything to dry on this balcony. And that's where you're being settled. It was a complete surprise to us. Accordingly, we refused to move into a homeless shelter. They refused to move us to normal conditions without a decent surcharge. The tour operator from whom I purchased the tour distanced himself from solving the problem, the hotel demanded a decent surcharge and did not want to solve this issue in any other way, although the hotel was half empty. A representative of Biblio-Globus in Phan Thiet came to settle this situation. She spoke to us rudely in raised tones and defended not us, as it should have been, but the interests of the hotel. It just felt like outright knocking out money. And they've done it together, apparently, more than once.
The reception staff behaved frankly boorishly, they were frankly entertained by this situation. They openly laughed at us and were completely confident that we would not go anywhere and pay extra. This is not my first time in Vietnam and I was frankly surprised by this behavior. The promised director of the hotel did not appear to resolve the problem.
Upon check-in, our passports were taken away, which, as it turned out later, is strictly prohibited in Vietnam.
The territory of the hotel, the part of it that is by the sea, is small, there are very few sun beds, wooden and there are no mattresses on them.
In the room, for extra money, which is not bad furniture but already very worn. The room was poorly cleaned, the bathroom was generally poorly cleaned, the shower glass was not washed at all, the toilet was also so-so washed. They made me wash it up. There is no proper dryer in the room.
The beach at the hotel is small.
After 10 hours of flying, a 5-hour drive to the hotel and a two-hour scandal with check-in and additional expenses in the form of an additional payment, the rest was ruined, and frankly, in case of a problem, you are essentially left with yourself.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. For the same money, you can find a hotel nearby with much better conditions and attitude.
The hotel is remembered for its huge pink quartz-like stone. We immediately fell in love with this place-everything is compact, convenient, comfortable and without fuss. The pool at the building across the street with a water bar, we took fresh o,5 from the tent at a fabulous then 100 ruble price, The air is fresh from the sea, despite the flow of cars past the hotel. Our room has floor-to-ceiling windows, on the ground floor, a private terrace, a table, armchairs. Oh, low season, we liked it! Yes, the hotels are empty, there are no people in the bars, but they recognize us on the Side and there is no queue for a massage! The waves are big in the afternoon, and in the morning the sea is excellent, warm calm clear water. 08.11.18
A great hotel and Vietnam itself is also wonderful
Food and service at the level and the sea near the beach
And what else do you need to relax? Full credit
Good luck to them
A great hotel in Vietnam in the Mui Ne area. 2 swimming pools, private beach. The territory is clean, well-groomed, the staff is polite, they understand Russian and English a little. The breakfasts, buffet, are good, varied, quite tasty. Wi-fi works well, catches throughout the hotel. We lived in a room with a sea view, everything is cool!!! We recommend it to everyone!!!
We were on a combi tour, Mui Ne - Nha Trang, from 17 to 30 .11.18. TienDat 3* Hotel in Mui Ne impressed. Convenient location, clean and cozy rooms, two large swimming pools, excellent restoran, friendly "well-trained" staff, etc. Everything is at the highest level. I would put 5 among the hotels of threes on a five-point scale.
After that, they settled in the Galaxy 3* hotel in Nha Trang. The location is good, but the hotel is 2 among the three hotels. Why? The sheets were washed and sometimes torn, there were cockroaches, everything was broken somewhere, scratched... And about the restaurant in general, you need to write a separate negative review
Our first acquaintance with Vietnam took place in this hotel.
It has 2 buildings, which are located either on the first coastline or across the street, in a multi-storey building.
We rested in the building across the street and the first pleasant impression was that each of our crossings was accompanied by a hotel employee who regulated traffic and stopped the flow of traffic so that we could go to the first building and plunge into the ocean, this is very pleasant and indicates the care of the hotel administration.
The staff is very polite and friendly, they will always meet you. The guys helped to secretly organize her husband's birthday and everything was at the highest level. From small surprises in the room, to a gift from the hotel.
You can always exchange currency at the reception, the exchange rate is one of the best.
The curators who work at this hotel are professionals in their field. They immerse themselves in their work with all their soul.
There are many pools on the territory of the hotel, which were cleaned up every day after closing.
There is also a private spa/massage/sauna (free of charge) which is good news.
The view from the window is amazing, we were on the 3rd floor of the 2nd building and saw the whole ocean.
There are many cafes with delicious cheap food near the hotel, so you can safely try local food for a penny, instead of the usual hotel food.
A great place to relax. Recommend.
I really liked the hotel itself, clean, quiet, cozy.
And the food is very good, we only had breakfast, a buffet, this breakfast was enough for us before dinner. The staff is very polite and good-natured!!!
I really liked the hotel, starting with carrying suitcases to an electric car, a welcome drink. The room has everything. 2 swimming pools, beautiful grounds, private beach, wonderful breakfasts. There was a combo tour. But it would have been better if we had stayed in Mui ne.
The 3-star hotel (on the facade there is a trace of 4) consists of two buildings: the first on the first line right next to the sea and the second behind the road, more modern, there was a restaurant there. We had room 112 ROOM DELUXE AT SEA SIDE. I read before the selection in the reviews, which translates as: with a view of the mountains. And indeed: you look out of the window and see mountains in front of the sea. Think: how is it? After leaving the room, on the right there is a swimming pool and a stylized slide in the form of a mountain, which seems to be a mountain))) The room itself is spacious, a large full bed, a large bathroom. A modern air conditioner that worked very quietly. Minus: this is the noise from the road, where locals drive and honk constantly. But there will be noise everywhere, unless it is a room that is completely turned towards the sea. But this is different money)
The sea is very close, just 10 meters. The deck chairs are not on the sand. There is a shadow over everyone. Beach towels are already in the room. The sand is clean, but the sea is muddy because of the waves. We went to meet the dawn at 5 a.m. (until the Russians threw on their towels to come by 11) until 7 a.m. At this time, the sea is calm, not very hot. And at 8 it already bakes well, at 9 there are already waves. You can sail not far into the depths, because there are nets, it remains either left / right. The territory on the first line is small, but we don't need any more. There is also a swimming pool in the second building. We didn't go to the evening program, but we knew that something was going on.
The breakfast is full. There aren't many people at 7 a.m. It's funny to watch how, for example, a watermelon was disassembled and a wife to her husband: here, 7 in the morning, and the watermelon has already run out! Everything is brought as it is "eaten". The hotel is 3 stars! A huge restaurant, you can always find a place.
The hotel is very conveniently located in Mui Ne village. You go straight out onto the road: 10 meters from the room and there is a point with fruits where they will cut everything for you, an ATM. If to the left across the street: Dima tour. There, dollars for dongs can be changed at a favorable rate and tours can be picked up. Massage is also available there. But everyone who did it in Vietnam said with one voice: they poured oil and stroked the back.
If you go to the right, there are a lot of restaurants for every taste: from Irish pubs to local "bokeh". In the side they will prepare a sea reptile, which you choose from the aquarium yourself. But remember: It's completely unsanitary! We took wet wipes and wiped everything, because we saw how they washed everything (and they don't hide it, you'll see for yourself).
Cozy rooms, located in the center of the tourist area of Mui Ne, near many cafes, restaurants, massage parlors. A nice addition for a birthday is a cake and a bouquet of flowers.
Convenient location, the center of Mui Ne, the first line. Friendly and helpful staff. There is a variety of fruits and delicious coffee for breakfast. The rooms are cleaned daily.
A good hotel, 2 large swimming pools, there are always enough sun beds. The breakfasts are excellent, the staff is courteous. The hotel is clean and has lots of greenery. Overall, I liked the hotel.
Very good hotel: conveniently located, service, breakfast, very clean and cozy! We lived in the second building, side sea view, room 223.

At least 4 stars, I really liked it. 4 buildings. Two pools, private beach. The rooms are cleaned every day, they are well fed, there are no complaints about the staff either (polite, courteous, bags were brought from the room before the transfer on an electric mobile phone at the entrance and exit). It is divided into two parts by a road. Special comrades from the hotel are transferring across the street. In the hotel itself, most of the Russians. The staff perceives the Russian language correctly. It is most suitable for family holidays. Almost the center of Mui Ne, there are plenty of shops, massage parlors, cafes for every budget. Quietly calmly, if you need a move, then you are in Phan Thiet. A great vacation with an Asian flavor. And of course fruits and bokeh with fresh seafood.
The hotel was pleasantly pleased, starting from the reception, customer care))) up to the point that they will take suitcases to the buildings across the street in an electric car, and with the help of employees they provide a crossing over the road) a beautiful well-groomed territory, a swimming pool with a waterfall, orchids everywhere. A cozy bright room with a wonderful view of the sea. Purity. The sea is nearby, its own beach with lifeguards. The food (breakfast) is normal, buffet, lots of fruits.
The hotel is not accommodated in the room that was paid for. A room with a villa on the sea was paid for, and they settled in a room with a view of the road, requiring an additional payment in the amount of $ 250 for 10 days. There are bedbugs in the rooms, ants are crawling everywhere. In the dining room, you don't have time to put anything on the table as the ants come running. In short, it sucks completely, I think I wasted my money. I will never go there again, especially with the tour operator koraltrevel.
Beautiful territory. Nice pools. The rooms are clean. They clean it every day. Good breakfasts. Insects and rodents are not noticed. Convenient location. Next to the side. There is a beach problem.
It is conveniently located, near various cafes, massages, fruits are sold, ice cream is made. Fresh rooms with decent equipment, in-room w/c TV, kettle, hair dryer, excellent breakfasts.
Very good hotel, excellent staff, rooms. I really liked it and it's even better to take rooms in the far building, across the street and higher, to watch the sunsets and sunrises is the best thing))
New rooms, located in a pleasant location, entertainment on the left, restaurants and the beach on the right, there is only one road to the tour zone.

I liked everything about this hotel! I do not know what the others write there, but everything is fine for this level of hotel. They cleaned every day, changed towels, there is a TV (even with one Russian channel), the breakfasts are excellent.

Great HOTEL! Very good breakfasts. A clean sandy beach. There are many restaurants and bokeh nearby.
