A nice residential complex, located on a busy street with developed infrastructure. The free beach is a 7-minute walk away, paid beaches are also within walking distance.

A tired hotel on the outskirts of the city. There are fields and an abandoned construction site nearby. There are a lot of stray dogs, so it's not safe to walk/run. There is no beach for swimming in the sea either.
