I took a course of figure correction, the results for the month were different from -3 to -9 cm in different zones. Without any special changes in nutrition and loads.
After the hardware massage, the extra cm was well gone, cellulite decreased, excellent lifting effect of the whole body, varicose veins on the legs decreased.
The sphere is an excellent alternative to vacuum massages, which are contraindicated in case of vascular problems.
I will definitely continue the supportive procedures.

My experience:
I would have given 5 stars, but my teeth were not cured.
I had 3 problem teeth and 1 of them hurt, they treated it. They put the medicine in, and the doctor told me to make an appointment so they could take it within a week. As a result, there are no places for an appointment in 3 weeks. And if he gets sick again, they advised him to go to a state institution. That's what happened, in 3 weeks I had a tooth done for free at the clinic, and it's great! But not here.
The recording did not cancel - I still had to treat 2 teeth. The day of my appointment, I got a call - the doctor went on sick leave (I understand everything, but is there really 1 doctor in the clinic?). It's a shame, it feels like I've just been moved for the sake of another person... Bottom line: I waited almost a month, the one that started to be treated was treated elsewhere because of the pain, but they didn't cure it in tiamo. the tooth that I wanted to treat by appointment hurts, time is lost, I'm looking for an urgent cure.
It is a pity that my acquaintance with this center is so sad, because it was recommended to me. I give 3 stars, not 1, only because of the beauty, cleanliness of the place, and the work of a polite receptionist who calls patients.

I don't like. Neither a gynecologist nor a dentist. The first one does not choose expressions. And the entire staff of dentists simply breeds money: they put fillings where it is not necessary, services are more expensive than in all other places of the city. There is a good staff at the reception.
You'd better go to the Citiclinic.
I will never set foot in Tiamo again! Ruined the whole mood!

I did "photo rejuvenation and vascular removal" at Antonenko's. She assured that it would not be worse, even if there might not be a wow effect either, but definitely not worse! As a result, after two procedures, pigmented spots all over the forehead, a vascular spot appeared on the temple (where even the sun does not fall, and I do not go outside without spf50). On the wings of the nose, the vessels that seemed to have gone appeared in even greater numbers after the second procedure. Plus, there were pimples all over my cheeks. Specialist Antonenko disfigured me. Dermatologists throw up their hands, hurt with a laser, in vain. There's nothing to be done now. Smear with calamine and panthenol. The dumbest thing you can do by paying a lot more money is to make it worse than it was. This is my case.

Arriving at the office at the appointed time, I was immediately faced with an unpleasant situation: I was greeted with a sullen grimace, which created a completely uncomfortable atmosphere. The so-called specialist Dadeko Blia Viktorovna, whose qualifications I have great doubts about, spoke to me haughtily and arrogantly.
Because of this, I have lost all desire to do the procedure here, and I do not plan to apply for services to this clinic in the future. Unfortunately, my experience at Te Amo turned out to be extremely negative.

I signed up for the removal of chalazion on the eye, asked the administrator on the phone if I needed to go to a consultation, she said no, you can immediately sign up for removal, I agreed. After the "removal" there was swelling, and the effect was unclear, the doctor PROMISED that he would not appear in this place anymore, as a result, a couple of days passed, the swelling subsided, but the chalazion remained in that place, i.e. it was not even burned out, before and after are exactly the same. For 58 rubles, I just got a hole from a laser on my eyelid, it's a shame, I expected a good result.
As a result, I went to my optometrist, and she generally said that chalazion is removed only surgically, because there is a capsule that needs to be cut out.

After a while, I got a call and was called for a second consultation, they told me that it was still swelling, and I needed to wait another two weeks. Two weeks later, the situation has not changed, I asked for a refund because I did not receive the promised result, and in fact everything remained as it was.to which I was told that they would not return anything just like that, and they cannot be 100% responsible for the result of the procedure, because it is unknown how deep this thing is with me (so the senior administrator told me, the question is, why then agree and take up the procedure if you do not know if you can to remove it, and promise a result that you are not sure about?) that I need some kind of certificate or record in the card from my oculist that the chalazion is not removed by laser, and only then maybe they will refund the money.

Almost 2 months have passed, and she fell out again. This time, we also had to wait more than a week for a new one to be installed. At the same time, anesthesia was incorrectly administered, and had to be administered twice. After the procedure, there was no opportunity to eat all evening, because the jaw was numb. And then there was a severe headache, aggravated by every movement of the jaw. It was a huge mistake to go to this place. I absolutely do not recommend it. This is the lowest level for Vitebsk, as well as for any locality.
P.s. communication with the patient from the dentist was also at a minimum, nothing was said about the consequences of the procedure, when it was possible and what to eat, the whole evening was spent without food
