An excellent hotel, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, while it is quite comfortable to get to the sights by public transport. The rooms are huge, the breakfasts are varied, the spa complex is gorgeous. The only thing is, there are no normal restaurants on the island itself, you will need to leave, but otherwise, a cool hotel

I really, really enjoyed my stay at the hotel! There were 14 days. Very comfortable rooms, large enough, all with balconies, we had a view of the Danube. Good beds and linen, cleanliness, smell, tea and coffee. Good breakfasts, a standard buffet set. Very tasty pastries, although they look ordinary, Great dinners, just wonderful, the menu is different every day!! There were even oysters 🦪 The pools are open all day!! There is a pump room. The medical staff is very friendly! Cool atmosphere in the lobby, always crowded, piano and violin in the evenings 🎻 Location - a separate song! Located on an island in the middle of the Danube, the island is a large park in the center of Budapest, with a running track, historical ruins, century-old trees! There is a nuance for living, it is better to take with dinners, there are no shops on the island, but a bus goes to the center and to the metro every 15-20 minutes, the schedule is at the stops. The hotel has tour desks, representative Irina is the best assistant in all movements around the city!! In general, a great vacation is guaranteed!

We rested at the hotel in March 2024 for the second time , everything is as always on top: from room service to the spa / term. The buffet selection in the restaurant with its daily variety is also impressive. We spent time with comfort and therapeutic effect ( up to 21 working in the hotel spa / pools), it is very convenient to walk around the chic Budapest to get relaxation before going to bed in the warm pools. We will definitely take a look at the 3rd time!

We rested there for the second time. I like everything very much. The SPA area with pools is open all day, access is unlimited. Relax! An excellent choice in the restaurant. There is a large selection at both breakfast and dinner. It's good that dinner is optional, you pay "in fact". It's a quiet place, like you're in the city, and nature is all around, there's a stunning view from the balcony. The staff is very helpful, thank you all! We will definitely try to come back and recommend it to everyone!

If you choose where to stay in Budapest, then only here) I miss these beautiful cornflowers on the glass walls in the rooms, the pools with thermal water, the aromatherapy chambers and sauna, the wonderful restaurant and bar, the excellent service in the hotel and the cozy Margarita Island with tireless runners)

A very beautiful island and park, there is a small free zoo. The hotel is not very modern, although it seems to be renovated, but there is some kind of spirit of the Soviet Union and the boarding house. Although the pools are large, there are many of them, and then the skin is beautiful from the thermal water.

The hotel is good! The location is great, you can walk around the park a lot, and the center is very close, if desired, you can walk, but it's better to use transport. The food is good, it corresponds to the declared category of the hotel. It is convenient that the baths are right in the hotel, you do not need to go anywhere, put on a bathrobe, took the elevator down and you are already in the baths. In general, everything is very decent. Except for one thing!!!! There is practically no cleaning in the rooms! More precisely, it seems to be there every day, but it is limited to the bathroom and washing the dishes available in the rooms... We lived for 10 days! During this time, the bed linen has never been changed and the worst thing is that the floor was vacuumed only for the 8th day!!!! And then after repeatedly contacting the reception and leaving a note in the room with a REQUEST!!!! Clean the floor! This greatly reduced the impression of the hotel. Alas (

A good hotel, a magnificent Margarita Park island, a musical colored fountain on the island, the hotel itself has four swimming pools, one outdoor, two with hot mineral water, its own pump room with drinking sulphate mineral water. Of the cons- on the island itself, you can only eat well in Danubis and the Grand Hotel, if you want to diversify, you need to go to the city, but there is a bus and a taxi.

The location on a green island, washed on both sides by the Danube, is beautiful and environmentally friendly. There is a bus running around the island, so getting to strategic locations is not a problem. Magnificent thermal baths, gym, food, cleaning. The only THING is that the reception staff is extremely unfriendly. Well, we are self-sufficient people - we coped and forgave :)

The hotel is located on Margit Island in the center of Budapest. Very beautiful nature. Excellent thermal pools in the hotel itself. The rooms are decent. The food is not bad.
The service suffers - room cleaning and restaurant service. There is hope that the new director will fix everything.
Geographically close to the city center and attractions.
In September, the majority of vacationers at the hotel are elderly and old Jews from Israel. Most of them come from the USSR.

Good afternoon! We stayed at this hotel from April 8 to April 21, 2019 in room 514. The hotel itself is located in a good location. But, unfortunately, there is no service, during our arrival we changed the bed linen 1 time and then after contacting the reception !!!, there was no cleaning in the room at all, towels will be changed and that's it, the balcony is in terrible condition, the refrigerator bar did not work! Repeated requests through the reception and the Robinson Tour were ignored, the refrigerator was changed just before our departure, they left a lot of dirt in the literal sense, they drilled something! It was not possible to take a shower in the room, the water could not be adjusted (either ice water or boiling water poured, burned my shoulders) in the corridors all the palaces were patched, by the end of our stay the water in the thermal baths was very dirty! This hotel has a 4*!!! The food was also so-so, for breakfast there were signs in which it was offered to receive an individual order (soft-boiled eggs, or scrambled eggs with bacon) when ordering, they received cold food and did not correspond to the ordered one, on 04/19/19 all the signs were removed!!! The hotel offers sanatorium treatments, but the doctor suggests choosing the procedures yourself, before that we rested at the King 3* hotel, there is cleanliness and order!

A gorgeous island, a gorgeous park. A wonderful SPA. Nice premium room. Great food. The lack of maids and waiters, hence the poor cleaning, the inattentive attitude of the waiters in the restaurant.Probably, this is fixable and the owner of the hotel is working on it. Overall, the stay left a good impression by 90% because of the park and SPA.

A great hotel with its own baths on the green island of Margetziget in Budapest. I have stayed here twice and if possible I will be happy to come again. Comfortable rooms, bathrobes, slippers, tea accessories. There is a 26 bus to the city center. Stop right at the hotel.

It is easy to get from the airport and without a taxi, spacious clean rooms after renovation, the bathroom is beyond praise. Kettle, refrigerator, dishes. There is a lot of space in the cupboards. The safe is rather big. Pools with warm (for someone hot :) ) thermal water is very helpful after hiking in the sights. And for health , again, it is useful. All the main "beauties" are also easily and quickly accessible by several routes, to choose from. The hotel staff is correct and friendly, trying to help if necessary. However, few people know Russian, and not very well. Especially in the city. Try to "link" at least a couple of basic phrases in common languages....Honestly, I didn't expect to like the hotel so much.
