I really liked it. There are a lot of baths, all different, cool, very clean. It's a very cool rooftop pool. We visited in the fall at the beginning of November, only snow fell, a pleasant contrast, warm water and excellent steam. We had a group vaping session with local steam masters. An indescribable feeling... I highly recommend it.
There are also a lot of buns for children. There is a spa for girls. We need to go full-time... In short, take bezlemite and enjoy life, or rather, rest and just get high...

Hello!!! As frequent guests from Rudny, we visit the Thermal Park in Kostanay. After visiting it once, we were very satisfied and delighted!! I want to go there again and again, and we want to express our gratitude to the people who created this bathhouse, a chic complex for relaxing body and soul. Everything is very impressive, the soul is filled with joy and harmony. The pools and baths are simply chic!!! And the jacuzzi fascinates with a massage in the water, well, I especially want to express my gratitude to the steam masters on the roof of the 4th floor, Vitaly, Ilya and all the masters who facilitate our comfortable stay in the sauna, we would like to express special gratitude to Vitaly for his work, which helps to make the steaming procedure as effective and useful as possible. Have a good time, take unlimited and relax wherever you want, a bunch of different baths, saunas and other things. The pool is a little shallow , but it will do . There is a warm outdoor pool on the third floor, I advise you to visit it in winter. There are also rooms on the 3rd floor, a bathroom in the room, a table, plastic chairs and a sofa on which you can not lie down. In general, I recommend you to visit ✍️👍

A great place to relax with the whole family, the prices are budget, there is a spa, plenty of space, comfortable. Food court prices don't bite, you can spend the whole day. I recommend. I really liked this place! I've been here all day! There are many saunas of different temperatures, suitable for people who like to steam, and for those who prefer something gentle. There are pools that allow you to cool off after the sauna. contrast shower. I would also like to mention the massage parlor!(additional paid service) Since I visited the establishment in the summer, I can say that you can sunbathe on the roof, there is also a swimming pool, sun beds and a food court. I recommend it!

A place to relax and harden. The best things there are two rooftop pools and a Finnish sauna with a panoramic window. The Thermal Park is beautiful both in winter and in summer. In summer you can swim and sunbathe, in winter you can swim, steam and stand with your feet in the snow in the cold -25 °.

I really liked the Thermal Park, everything is clean and cozy. We come from another city to Kostanay ourselves and visit this place every time, we really liked it, we have such parks in Aktobe, but there is no such cleanliness and comfort as yours. I also liked the baths, there are so many of them. The only disadvantage for me, from the food side, is payment, they ask for cash and the choice itself is small. We were in the park on 23.05 and took unlimited
I didn't go for a long time, I decided to go say that I was upset not to say anything!
1) The pool is cold, the temperature is 32°, BUT the air in the hall is the same, and the water is clearly not 32°, and not in one of the pools!
2) saunas that were so good once don't work at all! One "Finnish" fries like it's not in itself,
3) why open a pool on the roof? IF the water IS STUPIDLY ICY EVEN WHEN THERE ARE DRAFTS AND WIND ?why can't you make the water warm, the prices have been raised 9000, they always took unlimited!
4) the price for water is 0.5-750tg are you serious??? Does French fries cost 800 or 750? Why are there no prices? As a result, 2 bizlimits left after 4 hours !!-18.000
I'm not talking about nutrition at all!Don 't take anything , leave it , but God be with them !
And now the most interesting thing! How often is cleaning done in these saunas and pools? After the visit, a number of questions came up on the body!

Despite all the negative reviews, I would like to say that for our city this is really a good sauna complex for the whole family to relax. We went more than once, got a massage, swam in the open air (we were lucky, it was cloudy and there were no people with everything). As for the baths - a huge number and a rich variety!
Of course, there are disadvantages regarding hygiene…
Alas, this is already a matter of mentality, often people themselves clog up pools and baths, which is very upsetting. I think it would not be superfluous to introduce new rules after all:
- bathing caps
- medical certificate (from a dermatologist)
I think this is the minimum that is really missing.

The best place like this of all that I have visited (I live in St. Petersburg, it seems to me that our largest water park is not as cool as the thermal park). The baths are a delight, there are also more light ones, just to warm up, which will be good for young children who are just getting used to it. It's best in summer: at +32 it's the best time to drink a delicious cocktail on the roof, and then swim in the pool. The only thing is, if there are a lot of people, there is not enough space. Well, the prices at the bar are not the cheapest.

The children's area is great.
But the grid needs to be repaired and additionally installed on the entrance from the children's corner of the bed. When I was there, 3 fell in an hour.

They said that one of the pools was not working, and therefore it was not even possible to take three hours of stay. They took two hours, in fact, coming to the hall with pools, both work, swim in them)))

A good place to relax. Everything is new, modern and beautiful. Everything is done here for a comfortable stay. On the roof in the heat it's almost like by the sea. There are disadvantages when there are too many people, too many puddles, although the staff tries to clean up. On the floor where there are indoor pools and saunas in the showers there is water on the floor and an unpleasant smell. People also do not stand on ceremony with the equipment - in the steam rooms they throw snow on the stones, although there are electric furnaces and there is an announcement banning doing so. Even in the Finnish one they carry snow, where a priori there should be dry steam, throw snow on the stones and make a Russian bath. In the women's locker room, the floor is gray with dust, I saw when I dropped the thing on the floor it was covered in a gray coating. The women's shower is also not very clean, there is hair all around and the smell is unpleasant. And an even bigger question about health hygiene is why everyone is allowed to pass WITHOUT CERTIFICATES! from a dermatologist??? I saw flip-flops by the pool so dirty, as if only from a barn or a vegetable garden, it's scary to imagine what kind of feet they wear and with such feet in the communal pool, where children swim, too. I hope the management of the Thermal Park also reads the reviews and will take all this into account. Such an institution is a business card of our city and country, I would like everything to be at the highest level in it.

Just a must-visit place if you are in Kostanay. I honestly don't know why they decided to build such a huge water amusement park in such a relatively small city. We don't have any similar ones in St. Petersburg (or I just don't know). And the prices are very affordable. I went there with friends 3 times a week.

To go there like to a sauna to steam up and all that will not work, the steam rooms are very weak, it would be normal if it were not for the courtyard, it would not be possible to catch up with a lot of people, It is also impossible with my own, I understand the commercial move, but because of this, a trip to this place goes out for a normal penny. Involuntarily, he will think about removing the norms of the steam room and just drag food from the store there, it will come out the same way, but you are alone with your loved ones, and not in an anthill. So it's not a question of going for a swim in the open air, but to relax, it's better to take off a good sauna you don't sell.
