A great hotel, but I recommend not spending money on their events, the organization is 0, there is nowhere to sit, there are a lot of people). The photos match, the view is wonderful. There is nothing in the bathroom except soap and bottles of remedies nailed to the wall, everything else needs to be asked at the reception, and twice I was told that there were no dental kits, very strange young people, they don't know anything themselves, they brought it the third time. In general, the service itself does not correspond to the indicated stars, you wait a very long time for ordered drinks at the bar, although there are few people, too, at breakfast, tea is brought when you have already finished everything, but you ordered this tea immediately when you first arrived ... I don't know, maybe the stars came together, but it's definitely not luxury. For this price tag, it is assumed that when you just thought, they already brought it to you, especially in Portugal, this is a poor country, and this hotel is basically the only one in its category in the Port.... Maybe that's all the trouble. I definitely won't come here a second time, although the views and the pool are of course super.
