Good location, great view from the window, price-quality matches. There is heating, hot water, a shared kitchen.
Of the cons: the kitchen lacks a normal knife and a dirty stove. There are only two beds, two chairs and a coffee table in the room. There was no closet, you can put a small shelving or at least a chest of drawers instead of a coffee table, there is nowhere to put things.

A magical view of Kazbek and the Church of the Holy Trinity.
The rooms are warm. They meet you at any time
There is parking for 2-3 cars.
The rooms have everything you need. Kitchen. Toilet/shower in each room. Clean, neat.
There is a little lack of boiler power if everyone washes at the same time.
Next to the highway, but there is no noise, you can relax from the road. You will have to drive 100 meters to the house on a harsh pavement. The center is nearby - shops, pharmacies, an exchange office. Insurance and exchange were more profitable at the end of the village, towards Tbilisi, on the way out.
We've been here twice. A big company. The cost is low. The owners are very nice people. I definitely recommend it.

A very authentic and atmospheric place. A normal shower and luxurious beds. While we were cooking in the kitchen, a bunch of cats came to us))
