- The staff speaks English, Polish, there are also Russian girls at the reception and at breakfast.
- the prices for eating here are high, 1 dish from 60 rubles.
- every day before lunch, the rooms are cleaned: the bed is made, towels, bathrobes, mugs are changed, vacuumed. 2 500ml bottles of water and 5 tea bags are renewed.
- the room has air conditioning, bath and shower, 1 wardrobe with hangers, 1 high and 1 low wardrobe with shelves.
- there is a refrigerator for refreshing drinks, but food spoils in it overnight if left.
- the lighting is not bright, there is no common lamp on the ceiling. Globally, there are 4 light sources per room - 4 floor lamps.
- with children, you can ask for a combined room (these are two identical rooms with an additional door between them). But it is better to arrange this in advance, otherwise there will be confusion at the reception.
- on the 2nd floor there is a gym (treadmills, equipment, mats) and a sauna. Separate sauna for men and women.
- opposite, in the Meet and Eat cafe, you can eat for 56zl / kg, there by weight. Near the Golden Terraces shopping center - you can buy clothes.

The most luxurious hotel in Warsaw. The location is convenient, there are many delicious restaurants nearby, the breakfasts at the hotel are gorgeous. The high floors are amazing
