A wonderful hotel! Beautiful, calm, surrounded by greenery.
The villas are spacious. A large dressing room, which is not unimportant. The bed in the bedroom is huge and comfortable. Several pools with hydromassage. There are no children! Who wants to relax and unwind: that's it!) The beach is 5-7 minutes away. walking. The beach is clean, sparsely populated, and there are soft sun beds.
In general, I recommend it!)

I'll give this hotel 0 points! I booked this hotel on September 12, 2024, with check-in from January 3, 2025 to January 7, 2025. Everything was confirmed, the money was debited, everything is OK! So we arrive on January 3 late in the evening after the tour to check in... They don't see our booking, they're starting to figure it out. Half an hour later, they tell us- oh, and we cancelled your reservation on 12/25/2024!!!! Did you receive an email???? I'm shocked!!! Well, I can understand canceling the reservation within a week of booking, but cancel on December 25th!!!! A week before check-in, in high season for the new year!!!! How is that even possible??? (By the way, I didn't receive any letters with information about the cancellation)
Next, it's even more interesting.... An hour later, at the reception, we are offered a room in a nearby hotel, with the words - there are exactly the same rooms. And tomorrow we'll figure it out....
We went to a room in a nearby hotel... The village front.... By the way, they wanted us to pay for it first!!! They asked for it very urgently, to which I said that everything had been paid for and I would not pay for anything else! I walk into the room and I have tears in my eyes.... It's creepy out there. I'm starting to see how much this room costs. (The room we originally booked costs 37,500 per day, and the room we were assigned costs 9,000!!! That's exactly the same number!!!
I'm just furious, I'm not sorry, I'm sorry... We were frankly accommodated in a terrible room with a view of the garbage dump!!!
As a result, our operator books a hotel with the same price as the Village within an hour and we leave this disgusting hotel!!!
I have never seen such an attitude anywhere!
