We visited this location at the end of January 2024. On the downside, there are a lot of people, you have to stand in line for a long time.
Visiting this place looks like a holiday. There is an interactive tunnel with fish, then they talk beautifully and graphically about the creation of this wonderful island.
The platform at the top is 360 degrees. Both the Marina and the Sail are visible. And most importantly, the Palm tree can be viewed, the scale is fascinating.
It is easier and better to get there by taxi from the metro.

We went up to the observation deck at about 18.15 (mid-October), the ticket was bought at an inflated rate.
Apparently, a beautiful sunset view was meant, but while we were watching a film about construction and a small exhibition about it, it got dark outside. And the view was not at all impressive, you can say the money was wasted.
There was no queue, we arrived on a weekday. I advise you to get up in the daytime, you can't see anything in the dark.

We stood in line to get up for about an hour, it took 5 minutes to see everything and then you stand in line for about 2 hours in the cold. The security does not check people's tickets in fact, those with sufficient audacity, you can go with a regular ticket along the fast track corridor. And there were quite a few of them. And one more nuance, groups with children are allowed without waiting in line, the size of the groups is not important. Groups of 5-8 adults with 1 child aged 5-10 passed by us for all 3 hours. How it works like that is not clear )
It's worth going if, 1) you have a lot of patience and the crush in the queue is not scary. 2) we bought VIP tickets for level 54.
Level 52 - well, it's not worth standing in line for 3 hours.

If you buy dinner at the reception, it costs 30 dirhams cheaper than in a restaurant.
The location is excellent. Near the tram, monorail, 15 minutes to the metro.
