First of all, the advantages :
1. Beautiful territory.
2. The furniture is new.
3. Beautiful pool.
4. Large parking
5. The hammam.
Minuses :
1. Only family people and the elderly.
2. A bunch of screaming kids.
3. The hammam broke down 2-3 times a week because of mothers with their children, who constantly open the doors 100 times.
4. When someone cooks food, their food starts to stink from the extractor hood in the room.
5. At the reception, they make arrangements with agents who cheat guests for money.
6. Boring location, terrible beach where the sewage is drained, and a bunch of old people.
To summarize : These are places for people with children and the elderly. For people over 35+ who need a pool and company for a beer.

We were pleasantly surprised by these apartments. It is clean, beautiful, cozy, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. And the price is not for the cloud. Definitely, I recommend it

We had a rest in this residential complex, rented an apartment. The pool is cleaned every day. Garbage is being removed from the bins, nothing is overflowing. However, we saw a snake that crawled through two pools and a recreation area. I'm glad we lived on the 4th floor because the snake went into the grass and the 1st balcony
