Shaverma in St. Petersburg is objectively not bad. But it has little to do with St. Petersburg and our shawarma. The pita is thick, there are very few vegetables, there are no greens at all, the sauce is probably mayonnaise with dill, and sour cream?! In general, it does not look like my native one at all.
