Great hotel, perfect vacation. The stay at this hotel was just great. In addition to the high-quality service, we are pleased with the attitude of the staff throughout the hotels as a whole. The maid cleans remarkably well, the staff in the restaurant in the kitchen at the reception is just perfect, there are absolutely no complaints, and special thanks to the girl at the reception who was very professional, knew English perfectly, and with her help we could navigate just great, and thanks to her we visited many excursions, could deal with money exchange issues and others the problems we have. in general, the entire staff is sincere in their kindness, which is very impressive. The only negative is the lighting in the room. The light itself and its location are made without taking into account the fact that a person will look at himself in the mirror. As a result, when you look at yourself in the mirror, it's depression)). And also the inconvenient location of the light switches. In principle, it didn't matter to us. But the fact that the hotel is clearly losing money on the illiterate distribution of switches is for sure. This was the first time there was such a confusion with lighting.

One of the advantages. At first glance, it's a very chic and beautiful hotel, but when you look closely, you can see that it has already worn out. The furniture is shabby, the plumbing is leaking, the cabinet doors are creaking, the shower water makes a terribly nasty sound when it leaks after taking a shower. But he's still great for his money, it cost us 35,000rubles per person for breakfast for a week. Each room has a stunning view, the rooms are very stylish with a luxurious bathroom by the window and a separate shower. The bathroom area with toilet is closed by a sliding wall. The room has a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, umbrella and even a lantern for some reason :). Accessories are also replenished for free, such as slippers, a shaving razor, shaving gel, body cream, brushes with paste, a hair band, a comb, cotton pads and sticks, and a nail file. There is a very beautiful pool on the ground floor, there are many cool inflatable pieces for swimming and photos, there are even pads on which you can swim around the pool, cool sun beds on the water and cool sofas right in the water. But the huge disadvantage is that this pool has neither normal sun beds nor a recreation area for vacationers at this particular pool, there is simply nowhere to put things. There are sofas with tables, but they belong to a cafe, and if you don't order anything, they kick you out. And when asked where we should go, they shrug their hands. That is, you can relax by the pool, but you can put your things on the floor. There is another pool on the third floor, there are not many sun beds, but there are few people, so there are enough, the beautiful view from the pool is panoramic and it is heated, but there is no water on the first floor, but the water was warm in both. Beach towels can be obtained by the pool, we also took them to the beach. The breakfasts are very decent, there is a large selection of different dishes, you definitely won't stay hungry. Again, on the downside, when we were asked to pack lunch boxes with us at an early check-out, we were given bags with two lunch boxes, one with three rolls of the most common, the second with apples, and two bottles of water. It's a shame, we didn't even pick it up. The air conditioning in the reception lobby is turned off at night and it's terrible, the heat is terrible, while we were waiting for a taxi, we went outside, because it's impossible to stay in the hotel.
-This hotel does not have its own beach, the sea is nearby, but you can not swim there, the stones are fenced, and it takes 20 minutes to walk to the place where you can swim, but there is a transfer to the beach, which is a plus, the schedule is at the reception at the entrance to the hotel. There is also a transfer to the park "The Deer turned its head", I highly recommend that you go in the evening closer to 19.00 when it gets dark and take a bus there, or walk the road is very picturesque and illuminated. From personal recommendations, I also recommend taking the funicular, also after 19.00, this is a sooo beautiful phoenix park with the highest viewpoint of the city, but the special feature is in the evening lighting and two very beautiful routes, you will definitely like it, there is no such beauty during the day. I also recommend renting an electric scooter, it's a super theme, it cost only 50 rubles / day, you don't need a license, you don't need to spend money on gasoline either, the charge lasts for a day. We were randomly offered on the street, we tried it and were delighted. They bring you directly to the hotel, you can use MAPS to get around.According to the maps along the bike route, and in general, everything is intuitive, as the locals drive and turn and you just follow them, the movement is as safe as possible. I also recommend Sanya Bay beach, an ordinary urban beach located near the phoenix towers, plus that you can swim anywhere freely, no one chases you like Dadonghai, there are no waves or underwater currents, everything is safe, there are few people, a lot of palm trees with which you can hide from the shadows. And Dadonghai also has a problem with palm trees and shady places, but there are almost no palm trees and a lot of people. We took a taxi to Sanya Bay and rested there all day, through alipay we even learned how to order food for the beach :) in general, we liked the Sanya bay area more, we spent most of our time there, a lot of markets, cafes are much cheaper, cool shops, and so on. I also recommend taking a look at the Yammi market store, there are a lot of them, and there's even one about pineapple. yammi snack is the cheapest grocery store with various goodies, we bought bags there :) and in sanya bay there is a store where everything is 3rd.
Another disadvantage of the hotel is the paid in-room bar, water is replenished daily for free, 4 coffee capsules (there is a Nespresso coffee machine) this is a big plus, and tea, everything else is for money, everything was free in the other hotel. Another disadvantage is the blocking of access cards to other floors, our large company was given rooms on different floors and we had to go to the reception and ask for access to their floors. This hotel is definitely not a family hotel, rather the opposite, and the bathtub by the window with transparent windows confirms this :) the windows can be closed with blinds. Another disadvantage is cleaning, it's good, but once we came to the room at 5.30 pm, and it still hasn't been cleaned, after the scandal, they began to clean it properly during the day. It feels like there is only one cleaning lady for the entire hotel. Another disadvantage was that they didn't help us with our things upon arrival, but there were a lot of them and it wouldn't hurt to take them by cart, as is customary in all hotels. They also offered to leave the things and bring them later, but we needed them right away, still in our suitcases, so we dragged them ourselves. They helped others to drive.In general, the hotel has a high-level request, but in fact it does not pull. It's up to you to decide whether to stay there or not. All in all, he's handsome and cool, and he's good for his money.
