A chic boutique hotel, located in the city center. It is decorated like an oriental-style palace, VERY BEAUTIFUL! The rooms are cozy and clean, everything is there: bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes, shower gels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, even a shoe sponge. The breakfasts are delicious, individual, you need to call in about 15 minutes and you can choose what your soul desires. I chose scrambled eggs from 2 eggs and cappuccino, and they set a huge table for me - I am delighted with the hotel!
We were from March 4 to March 6, 2025. There was an early check-in, but we arrived even earlier, we settled in quietly. The room is clean, the linen is clean. On the wedding anniversary, the room was decorated, fruits and Uzbek wine were served.
Breakfast is not on time, but as soon as you get up, the hot stuff is cooked in 15 minutes, meanwhile you drink tea. The lobby smells of oriental scents. The center and the old town are close. So you can watch both. There is a canal with emerald water nearby. There are tables and a tandoor in the courtyard, which is a great place to relax in warm weather. We were satisfied.
Separately, it is worth noting the kindness of the administrator Ekaterina and good room cleaning are the only positive aspects of this hotel.
The room was always cleaned, the bed was made and the towels were new and dry. Special thanks for the opportunity to check out late.
Of the minuses, I want to note the disgusting quality of the breakfasts. Please let us know about the breakfast time 30 minutes in advance. All 4 days we regularly followed this rule (even had breakfast at the same time) and never once was breakfast ready on time. By the time the waiters arrived, they made surprised eyes and only then began to move. The total breakfast time ended up being about an hour, 40 minutes of which was waiting.
The choice of breakfasts is very meager (porridge or scrambled eggs), the coffee is very tasty, but they bring it 40 minutes after arrival and it is already cold.
One day, after talking with Ekaterina, breakfast was brought in a minute (they even gave cheesecakes, although they asked for them every day). But the next day they brought only scrambled eggs, fruit and coffee. Although the man at the next table, who came later, received all the products and immediately. Apparently, the restaurant staff was offended by the fair indications of their shortcomings.
Regarding the number:
1. The shower head, either the faucet or the rain shower does not work in the shower.
2. The water drains poorly
3. There is a strange smudge of dirt on the curtains in the room
4. The light bulbs in the chandelier are not changed, one was constantly flashing.
5. The air conditioner rattles and does not turn off, you have to work with the remote control for 5 minutes.
A wonderful hotel with a national twist, very good management. We will stay there again, we liked absolutely everything. In the lobby you can pass the time playing chess, and in general the hotel is in style!
A wonderful hotel. It's not cheap, but it seems to me that this is exactly what you can't find in Tashkent anymore. It is such an oasis of local color in a big city. A very beautiful courtyard and a bright interior. The rooms are small. Clear. The outdoor breakfasts in the courtyard are simply magical. And so much food. I thought that was all, but they are still carrying and carrying)))) And then they asked sympathetically: "Why do I eat so little?")))))) The next morning I had to reject a number of dishes in advance, it's a pity the products))) There is a cherry tree at the exit of the hotel. And while I was waiting for a taxi, I could admire the berries. For us northern people, it's just some kind of magic. Even the hand does not rise to tear them. The hotel is perfectly located. Along the canal, in the shade of the trees, you can take a wonderful walk. You usually see more color in Bukhara and Khiva. Tashkent is much more modern, but this hotel gives you the opportunity to plunge into an oriental fairy tale here. Thank you so much for your hospitality!
Nice hotel, quiet, welcoming place!Wonderful staff, always ready to help with any question! At the reception, a young man (unfortunately I don't remember the name) and Ekaterina helped us out a lot with tips on where to go to eat and what to see!And if something ran out in the room, they immediately replenished it (nuts, water, etc.)!Breakfast is so nice that it is served for you personally, when it is convenient for you!Brewed tea and coffee, despite what is in the room, you can bring it at any time on request and drink it on site! The room is cozy, with good cosmetics (shampoo, tooth.brush, paste comb, washcloth, shower gel).
I would like to return to such a hotel!
From Tashkent to Samarkand, the hotel was already simpler, although it also looked like this! But it already seemed that the food was not the same, the TV was constantly hanging, and in
Nice hotel, spacious and clean rooms, very friendly staff. The atmosphere of the oriental palace, the breakfasts are hearty and delicious. I would like to mention the administrator Katerina, she solved all our requests and wishes in an instant, always helped and met us halfway. Next time, just come here.
A fantastic hotel. You enter the world of luxury and hospitality. The individual approach to each guest is amazing. Breakfast is prepared individually for you and what you want. Very tasty restaurant in the hotel. The hotel is in the form of a khan's palace . The rooms are large and cozy. I want to return to this hotel again. Yes, the staff at the hotel is fantastic. Ekaterina the manager makes your stay at the hotel even more comfortable. I haven't enjoyed staying at a hotel like this for a long time
Excellent hotel, very customer-oriented. The breakfasts are delicious, the location is good, we walked to the center about 2.5 km. Wi-fi worked perfectly. The rooms are clean and spacious. I liked the wooden windows, very authentic. Not far from the park. There is a metro station nearby. Shops, restaurants.
The most gorgeous fabulous hotel! Stunningly beautiful - An Oriental Fairy Tale! Delight!!!Very warm and friendly staff! Very attentive and caring! All Rooms are unique! They offered an ideal option for my daughter! A very tasty breakfast - delicious and cozy at home! Special thanks to the manager Ekaterina - a clever girl - she treated us with such warmth, generosity, understanding and kindness, huge thanks! I recommend everyone to stay at this hotel - the feeling is indescribable, oriental beauty, abundance, luxury! On the ceiling, skullcaps collected from all over Uzbekistan are a masterpiece! Everything is clean, well-groomed, stylish and refined!
A magnificent hotel!
A modern, beautiful, small boutique hotel in oriental style - you live just like in a palace.
Delicious breakfast, which is served at your request at any time convenient for you.
Very responsive, professional and nice staff, ready to help with any question and go to a meeting.
Special thanks for the simply fabulous surprise for my wife and me on our anniversary, we were incredibly delighted and happy! We hope we will definitely come back to you!!!
A warm welcome. Friendly people. Both at the reception and in the restaurant. It's really like being at home - and the attitude, and the food, and the comfort. It's very pleasant and amazing.
Ekaterina is the best, smart girl. All questions are solved on 1-2-3. Supports and helps. The rooms are in excellent condition. The bathrooms are super. The stairs are a little narrow, but it's not scary.

The hotel's interior is cool, and the lobby itself is already a wonderful delight! The national motifs of the scenery are just great!
And the restaurant downstairs is also harmoniously combined with the decorations of the hotel, and Jasur is excellent and very tasty at cooking Gijduvan kebabs and olot samsu!
A wonderful new hotel decorated in oriental style. It is relatively close to both the city center and the airport and railway station (on average 15-20 minutes by taxi), there is also a public transport stop nearby. The staff is attentive, caring and hospitable, everyone speaks Russian fluently. Each issue is "personalized", dedicated to one or another Uzbek city. The room has almost everything you need for a short stay (up to a sewing kit). The breakfast is quite dense and hearty, although the set of products is about the same, the choice from hot is between sausages, porridge and scrambled eggs. There was a small incident in our room and we were moved to the suite for free. The price per night is, of course, quite high, but the price-quality ratio is very high, you fully understand what you are paying money for.
A real corner of warmth and goodwill in Tashkent. Thanks to all the staff and especially Katya for the care and comfort of home. Special thanks for the delicious breakfasts!
A lovely cute hotel where you feel at home. Special thanks to Ekaterina for her care, participation, and willingness to help with any questions. I definitely recommend it!
Excellent hotel, very beautifully decorated in Oriental style, clean rooms, plentiful delicious breakfasts in the courtyard or in the room.
Special thanks to Ekaterina - always in touch, solving all issues, helping in any case.
A quiet place, not far from the center.
A very beautiful, small and cozy hotel. Clear. Linen, towels, accessories - everything is on the level. The staff is friendly and friendly. Among the disadvantages - the air conditioner is noisy and audibility from the hall. The beauty and flavor of the hotel cover all the disadvantages! No fuss, secluded and peaceful in this hotel.
I really liked the hotel, it's so colorful, everything is in Oriental style. The staff is responsive, they quickly work out all the questions we had. The breakfasts are dense and delicious. I recommend this hotel.
A wonderful cozy place. Clean, comfortable. Honor and praise to the staff, especially Katerina. Attentive, responsive, quick as a deer. The area itself is quite respectable, well-maintained houses and streets. At the same time, the flavor is not lost. There is a parallel treadmill and a playground where you can stretch your joints. I recommend
Interesting interior, warm and cozy room. The breakfasts are super plentiful, the service is amazing with hospitality. Customer-oriented, courteous staff. I highly recommend it
A very cool hotel, insanely delicious breakfasts, hospitable staff, wonderful Oriental-style rooms! I liked everything very much. 15 minutes from Novza metro station on foot
A good hotel, good Wi-Fi, friendly staff, breakfast in the room or downstairs in the hall, there is also an outdoor gazebo, decorated in a local style, I liked it, we will come back again
The Staff, Service, Food - Everything is at The Highest Level! We really liked it very much! Oriental modern style and wonderful atmosphere! I'm Setting A Class!!!

An atmospheric place, friendly staff, delicious authentic oriental breakfasts outside!
Good location. There is a park area opposite. It is convenient to get to the center by taxi
Minuses:
-"tired" renovation, the air conditioner in the room works like an old refrigerator (loud but effective)
- there is no air conditioning in the lobby at all. It's bad.
A good hotel in Tashkent:
+ The beds are comfortable(
+ breakfast at home (scrambled eggs, cheesecakes, fruits, sweets);
+ convenient location in a quiet part not far from the tourist center.
A very beautiful small hotel. Insanely beautiful inside. The room has everything you need - a safe, a kettle, a hairdryer, a bathrobe and slippers.
Responsive employees, delicious breakfasts in the
A great little hotel. Polite and friendly staff. Breakfast is included, from 8 to 10 you go down to the dining area, you are asked what you will have for breakfast. In addition to the ordered (porridge or scrambled eggs), fruits, sweets, sliced bread, tea/coffee are brought. The rooms are cleaned every day, all kinds of disposable supplies. And an incredibly beautiful colorful interior!!! Thank you, The Shahar!!!
The friendly staff at the hotel has comfortable, clean rooms. Affordable price, unfortunately, I wanted to use the services of the restaurant at the hotel several times, but I never found him at work
The hotel is very cozy and atmospheric... friendly staff, always respond to requests. I would especially like to note the attitude of Katerina and Bahadur towards the hotel guests, it was a pleasure to interact. The hotel is clean, all hygiene products are available in the rooms. Delicious and varied breakfasts.
A colorful hotel. Everything for comfort has a place to be. Within the framework of movement 20-30 min.
The staff is responsive. Coffee at any time of the day.
A very soulful place. Ekaterina, thank you very much for your work, there is just a service, and there is when they anticipate desires. So the service and care from Catherine is anticipating desires.
It's not worth the money I paid for the night- almost 100 dollars . Far from the center , the pillows are hard , the window is very small in the room , there are two small blankets for a double bed . I couldn't adjust the water in the shower to a comfortable temperature ) half the night the phone rang at the reception - it interfered with sleep - it was as if the room had no entrance doors)) for the first visit, it's colorful!) at breakfast, they asked me for matches to light the stove, apparently))
Thanks to the staff, helpful people! The rooms are clean, cleaning every day, breakfasts are good + own kitchen is good! The construction site nearby is not very pleasant and there is no forced ventilation. Overall, good impressions! I recommend. They promised to fix the ventilation situation. Good luck to everyone!
Everything is fine! The hotel and its very beautifully decorated, pleasant and helpful staff, delicious breakfasts! Located close to the center! Definitely recommended to visit!!!!
A very intimate hotel. From the most unusual and very pleasant (perhaps it will seem stupid to someone). We travel a lot and have been to different hotels and different countries. From the best to the best... So, this is the first hotel in which there are disposable washcloths, in addition to soap, shampoos, toothbrushes and all other standard. It made me very happy. The staff is very friendly, I will help you with everything and tell you everything
The building is designed in the style of a plastic imitation of Uzbek attractions, with a wonderful view of the construction site from the window! In fact, it's just a hostel, with separate rooms and richly decorated with decor) in the rooms, as in the Middle Ages, there is no hood, (there is a decorative grille in the bathroom!) after showering two people in the room, a Turkish sauna is formed as a gift! Breakfast is a miracle of cooking, firstly, in maintaining the status of a Hostel, you need to inform the receptionist, he is also a cook, (I think the cleaning manager) who was warned from the evening of the evening about breakfast at 9:30, which we expected until 10:30; uncooked porridge, overcooked scrambled eggs and cold cappuccino at the end of breakfast! The most important thing is that the young hostess-cook confidently portrayed an imitation of a stormy activity. And if without sarcasm, then the hotel is beautiful, but expensive. We have been traveling in Uzbekistan for the 9th day, and after the beauty of the country, this plastic looks shabby, and this hotel is not deservedly expensive compared to others in Uzbekistan. I hope this review reaches the owners, as you will drown with such management.
A cozy hotel with an oriental flavor. Responsive staff. A wonderful breakfast consisting of various dishes.Special thanks to the staff at the reception for their efficiency and responsiveness! We wish prosperity to your hotel!

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, good wi-fi, large and clean room. Opposite there is a river and a long walking area. The only thing is that the air conditioner is very noisy, but the room keeps cool for a long time, just turned it off at night.
