The Superovsky hotel!!! 👍👍👍We were with the family in 2019. The hotel is clean, bed linen and towels are changed every day, and the room is cleaned. View from Bolkon🔥!!!! The animators are great, there's something new every day. A great pool for both children and adults. The restaurant is delicious and varied (crocodiles, ostriches, sea, etc.), a wide variety of sweets.
Among the disadvantages are the dirty sea and fleas in the sand near the sea.

I changed into slates in the hall and didn't see winter boots anymore. 5-20 people were staying at the hotel. Very strange! No one needs other people's shoes. Is the hotel staff so mean, hostile, vindictive, bad?! I asked several times to look for shoes, but they didn't return them. The staff also reacted painfully to the open balcony doors. They even hung a notice on the balcony doors. The air conditioning of the rooms is of course old. Nervous! Be careful!

The food is delicious, it is impossible to drink alcohol, it is some kind of surrogate. The beer seems to be fine, but it hasn't been tasted yet. The rooms are good, cleaning is done every day. We were there from 03/12/20 to 03/26/20 in room 7303 the view from the balcony is super, the rooms are clean, everything is as it should be for relaxation, the pool is excellent, especially for children there is a lot of shallow water)the territory is large and very beautiful,there are ponds with streams and fish)

Guys, this is an incredible ALL-INCLUSIVE place for your whole family, especially with children! Young couples don't have much to do here and sometimes they have nothing to do with themselves! Just watch a few of them! The bar from 10:30 to 23:00 is at your disposal, you will never stay hungry, food for every taste and color =) RUM, VODKA (not like in Russia), WHISKEY (again not like in ...) Dilute it and drink it in its pure form, as you want! For the beautiful half of 3 free alcoholic cocktails! Smoothies and juices from fresh fruits are the only ones here for a fee, but not expensive! (I can't remember now). Just behind the bar is the SEA! If you want to go to the pool, you want to go to the sea! I don't know about the seasons, but we always had a wave from January 31 to February 10, but again, for a change, it was calm in the morning and during the day it changes from the strength of the wind! The wind, we got on the whole vacation, but now, to be honest, everyone was charred and suffered from the heat without it, but every evening without the sun it bothered, but did not interfere. But also one of the big advantages for the family is the ANIMATORS! I didn't actually see the children, especially in the late afternoon, they were always occupied with something, playing, looking after them, they only took them to eat and swim in the morning, while the sun was not so powerful! We stayed at this hotel from 02/23/20 to 03/05/20 The hotel is very clean, bed linen and towels are changed every day, the room is cleaned. Funny animators, something new every day. I especially liked the animator Roma, you definitely won't get bored with him! The dining room has a delicious and varied meal, lots of fruits, vegetables and sauces.A great variety of sweets. The sun is very strong, you can get burned quickly in a couple of hours.
Among the disadvantages - a long wait for check-in (we waited more than 4 hours), a long trip from the airport to the hotel (4 hours) and strong waves at sea (it is impossible to swim).
Despite the small disadvantages, I liked the hotel and I recommend it to those who are planning a vacation to Vietnam. But the hotel is more suitable for family holidays than for entertainment and hangouts.

We rested as a couple from 01/24/20 - 02/05/20. We arrived at the hotel at 10 am. We were given bracelets and we are guests of the hotel. We can use all the services of the hotel. Check-in at 14h. We left our suitcases at the reception. Let's go explore the hotel grounds.
The territory is large. A large swimming pool. There are a lot of sun loungers around it. There is a beautiful garden. There is a stream and small ponds in the garden, golden carp swim in them. There are gazebos on the ponds. There is a tennis court, a football field, a volleyball court, a playground. We found an exit to the beach.
The beach is sandy and clean. There are sun beds and umbrellas on the beach. The disadvantage is that there are few of them and therefore you need to come early in the morning, otherwise everyone will be busy later. There is an alcohol bar at the entrance to the beach.
Saigon beer is bottled at the bar. Rum, whiskey, vodka of local production from bottles. Red and white wine , I don't know what kind, is poured in buckets into containers. The bartender pours the beer. You pour all the rest of the alcohol yourself as much as you want. There is a snack bar : sausages, fish and meat meatballs, sandwiches, cucumbers, tomatoes, watermelon, cookies and sticks, banana chips and candied fruits. There is tea, coffee, cocoa and just water.
We were accommodated in the room at 12 o'clock. It's two hours earlier than it should be - we were lucky, we didn't pay extra. We just walked around and came to the reception to find out about the room. A hotel employee escorted us to the room, he took our suitcases and showed us the room and explained how to use the safe.
The room is large and beautiful. Large balcony. The room has a refrigerator and air conditioning. Everything is working properly. Two bottles of water are brought daily for free. Kettle , tea, sugar, coffee. Toothbrushes and toothpaste, comb, towels are changed daily. The room was cleaned daily. Bed linen is changed upon request. There's a sign there if you want to change it, then put it on the bed. There are no mosquitoes, no one has bitten.
The restaurant is big. But there are a lot of people. Sometimes there was no place. But you can come a little later and there are enough places. There is a lot of food and there was nothing that you don't know what to eat. Seafood every day. Every time it was that the cook was standing, he had a tray full of shrimp and the whole hotel was already full, no one wants to. Seafood included: shrimp, mussels, scallops, squid, octopus. Fruits: longan, passion fruit, rambutan, watermelon, melon, papaya, bananas, apples, oranges, tangerines, plums. There was a children's menu.
The staff is friendly. He speaks Russian poorly. There is a Vien receptionist at the reception who speaks Russian, all questions can be asked to him.

6. ALCOHOL. There are two bars, but one is free, the second is paid. There are only three types of cocktails (some kind of bullshit) and three types of booze (vodka (burda), whiskey (moonshine) and rum (quite pleasant to the taste)). I was at this hotel in March 2020 with my family. As everywhere there are pros and cons.
1. The journey from the airport takes almost 4 hours. We flew from Novosibirsk for 7 hours, plus passing through customs control. It turns out around 13 o'clock. That's a lot for me personally. But since we were flying at night, we arrived just in time for check-in at 14-00.
2. We were settled quickly, here is a plus. We got a room in the 6th building. We would like to have a larger area, but we had enough for a family of two adults and two children, given that we did not come to sit in the room. The room is old, in need of repair, almost all the metal fittings on the doors, the drains in the bathroom have obvious traces of rust. We didn't have hot water at the very beginning. It's not critical for me, it's hot outside, but it's a problem for a small child. The water from the sink and bathroom was also bad. But after contacting the reception, the shortcomings were quickly eliminated.
And there are a lot of ants in the room. They're just everywhere.
Also check the availability of slates, mugs, etc., and the serviceability of the devices upon arrival. If something is wrong. immediately go to the reception and write a statement. Otherwise, upon departure, you will be forced to refund the missing items. As it happened with us, but fortunately everything worked out. There is a Russian-speaking receptionist at the reception. His name is Viet!
By the way, passports are taken upon check-in and given only after the room is rented.
3. The room was cleaned every day, towels and bed linen were changed, the floor was wiped. But the quality of the cleaning leaves much to be desired.
4. The sea. There are always waves. In the morning at 6-30, small ones continue to grow and grow. I love waves, so it didn't bother me. The wife, on the contrary, is mostly at sea in the morning and that's it. But the most unpleasant thing is the garbage in the sea. He is washed ashore. It's very unpleasant when you're swimming and a bag or something sticks to you. Garbage is being cleaned on the beach. Do not forget to spray your hands and feet from the bottle. which is located at the entrance to the beach. My child and my wife were stung by a jellyfish on the second day, the body areas were covered with blisters. We immediately went to the counter where they give out beach towels, they anointed us with some kind of brown liquid and after an hour everything was gone. This was the only case during the entire rest period.
The Council. Always take beach towels with you. If you left it on the sunbed, be sure to leave some kind of thing. If you lose, then one is worth $ 10. We had a case, we left a towel on the beach, in the evening we came for it, but it was not there. Thank God they found it, otherwise they would have paid.
The pool is large, for adults and an area for children.
Yes, someone else bit us, or mosquitoes or, as they say, sand fleas, but the bottom line is that there are a lot of red spots on our legs and they itched terribly. Apparently, this is why the bottle with the solution is standing during the trip to the beach.
5. The restaurant. Personally, for me, there is a lot of food. Yes, there are a lot of specific ones. But it tastes and colors. You will not stay 100% hungry. The ice cream is delicious. Lots of fruits. In the evening, they always do something on the grill.
6. The animators guys are great! There are constantly different programs. At 9 am, exercise, 9-30 darts, 10-00 water polo, etc. until the evening. You won't be bored.
7. There is a small gym, a volleyball court, a football field and a tennis court.
In general, I liked the rest. We were satisfied. I recommend.
Since we don't stop at the same place during our vacation, we probably won't be coming back here soon.

Rooms are cleaned every day, and linen is not changed often. The beds are moderately hard, the room is large. We lived in building 2, on the ground floor, conveniently -immediately access to the pool, dining room. In the buildings opposite, on the right side of the pool, there are a lot of small ants in the rooms. According to reviews, fleas bite on the beach. None of the three have ever been noticed, especially since there are bottles of lemongrass at the exit to the beach.

Let's start with the fact that the road from the airport takes 4 hours. Besides, it's not the most comfortable bus. The staff speaks almost no Russian or English. In these languages, only one of the employees named Dat can answer. They gave us a bad room, despite the fact that we had a Deluxe room booked. They asked us to change it, and we were refused. The next day, we changed the room with the help of the hotel guide. It is worth mentioning the staff separately. Although they are not communicative with the help of language, they are explained by gestures. Vietnamese refuse to tip, they will always help. Special thanks to the Date. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, but the cleaning is on an average level. The ideal territory. Manicured lawns and palm trees. In a word, it's beautiful.
