Very, very poor service!!! Let's start with the fact that we had everything included, we arrived at the hotel at 11:00 (our rate includes earlier check-in) we were told to wait a little and we would be settled, we went to the reception again at 14:30, but they refused and told us to wait for 15:00, then we went up to the room and here is a surprise 2 separate beds, although we indicated 1 large one, but the administrator made fools of us and said he could not move us since everything is occupied and this is a mistake of “Booking” (after we contacted booking and they solved this issue, we immediately found places), there was an empty bar in our room and there was no promised bottle of wine (everything is included in the tariff), the waiters on the roof cheat if you order more expensive alcohol, they advise it's cheaper to take it and that it's over, or they are diluted with a huge amount of ice, the rooftop bar is open from 11:00, at 10:57 I went to get water but they refused me because they work from 11:00, how can this be?? terrible attitude, just leave a tip, although we did not regret it and always left 20-25%, I do not recommend this hotel, there are more decent options nearby, but if you stay here, do not take all inclusive!!! We will leave our bad feedback everywhere!!
