A wonderful hotel in the city center! The rooms are cozy, clean, the bed linen is snow-white! The girls at the reception are polite and competent! The restaurant has delicious and fresh food! I would like to thank the restaurant staff for their kindness and responsiveness!Aizhamal,Aisuluu, Almaz - you are super!

The room was cozy and clean enough. It's delicious. The buffet breakfasts are especially good. The staff is very polite and always helpful. Everyone speaks Russian, there are no problems with that at all. Location in the center of Bishkek.

It's not the first time I've stopped. Polite staff. Good breakfasts. Good location. BUT every time, at different times of the year, there is a problem with air conditioning in all rooms (I also took a junior suite). And the water in the pool is always very cold, it feels like 15-17 degrees.
