It's a disgusting hotel. We stopped by for 7 days, but were able to spend only one night. It is impossible to sleep, it smells of mold, the children and the wife started coughing. The hotel is falling apart! The filtration system is not working in the pool. I wrote a complaint and we moved out of this hotel. They promised to return the money in two weeks, but they never returned it. We lost about 40 thousand baht. The administrator answers the whatsapp, saying that he can't help in any way. The hotel management is not responding…
