Cons: the children's playroom was made in a windowless room, children do not go to play in it at all. Heavy stagnant air with the smell of mosquito fumigator. The biggest disadvantage is the lack of ventilation in the corridors on the floors. Just a stuffy sauna. There is no threshold at the entrance door to the apartments, the gap under the door is decent. It turns out that you drive your air conditioner, all the cold goes into the corridor. The air conditioner was not turned off around the clock. Bad flow heaters, it goes hot for 1 minute, it goes cold for 5 minutes, and in a circle, a contrast shower..We lived in 501 rooms, the layout is good, large kitchen -living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The mattresses on the beds are excellent, sleeping is very comfortable. The sofa in the living room is two-seater, already worn, falling apart when unfolding, it's time to change. Everything else is fine. taxi from the Condo to terminal 21 is 100 Baht.

This is really the best condo in Pattaya. There are several reasons -
The best and cleanest beach is practically a private cove from Vongamat Beach.
The condo has an incredibly beautiful grounds and a giant tropical pool. A lounge with professional billiard tables. The world champion in billiards from the USA lives here, ksati. He chose these tables.
It is a very quiet and private place, the condo building with the territory is located right on the beach. When you swim in the sea or in the pool, you can't believe that this is Pattaya.
It looks like a miracle island, or an island hotel in the Maldives.
The condo is really decorated in the Lobby and on the territory with premium natural materials - marble, granite, seashell, mahogany, etc.
But you should know that there are two buildings in this complex, A and B.
You only need to rent building A. Building B is a class below. There are no beautiful views and no large apartments. There are only small apartments and the location is close to the road. Building A covers a panoramic view of the sea.
And also do not forget that in Thailand, according to the law, you can only live in apartments for one month.
Shorter bookings are punishable by law.

A great, cozy Condo with a closed area. Great beach and sea. Good sandy bottom even at low tide. There is a supermarket 50 meters away. Nearby there are restaurants and cafes for every taste and budget. All necessary infrastructure is 500 meters away. There is a fire show on the beach in the evenings. For the first time, I didn't want to go anywhere from the beach. The staff is friendly, constantly busy working on the territory, keeping order. The sea is the cleanest on Vongomat.
