We booked a room for booking, the photo on the website is ten years old, probably. Since the hotel is perfect in the photo, but in person everything is already old and needs to be improved. There was a complete expectation-reality. We were checked into a room with a broken hose in the shower, it was impossible to wash. My husband told the manager at the reception about the problem, at first he said that there was no way to move us, tried to fix the hose himself somehow, eventually moved to another room. Both rooms were tired, mildewed, plus an ill-thought-out shower, from which water pours onto the floor and the entire floor is wet. The bathroom is small, there is nowhere to turn around. The toilet door wouldn't close. The floors are icy. The temperature in the room was adjusted independently, although it pleases, they did not freeze. The water glass was dirty, there was something dried on the bottom. The rooms are generally not comfortable, it is clear that everything is already outdated. The bed was normal and clean, a plus here. It is impossible to leave a review on the booking, since they cancel the reservation, because payment from a Russian card does not go through, but I asked them to leave the reservation for us, at least they did not let us down. The staff at the hotel is polite. The only thing that put us in a stupor, but there is a controversial situation. We checked in with a two-year-old child in a double room, since the child sleeps with us and does not need a separate place in the room. But we were asked to pay extra and allegedly got a discount, 20 GEL instead of 60 GEL per child. It was not difficult to pay extra, but they did not understand what they paid extra for, perhaps it was just the policy of the hotel. The breakfast was not bad, most of all I liked the croissants, which are baked at the hotel themselves. Otherwise, everything was so-so, there was a lot of choice, but there was nothing to choose from. Something like that. The hotel is politicized, but at the same time it settles everyone and earns money for everyone, very smart Overall, the impressions of the hotel were negative.

We rested for 4 days, we liked everything, the staff was polite, the room was cleaned every day, towels were changed, breakfast was delicious, only sausages and sausage could be replaced, we did not like their taste, and everything there is super, the interior is beautiful, the location is good, near the center.
