The rooms are very nice, the breakfasts are not bad. The restaurant's cuisine leaves much to be desired. Sicilian soup will never be forgotten- horror! This hotel has the best sneakers, we visited 6 hotels in Kazakhstan this summer. The best view from the bathroom

Good price-quality ratio. The furniture is tired and the carpet in the rooms requires good dry cleaning. For some reason, air conditioners hang on the walls and with plastic cable channels, they are usually hidden in hotels, but here they seem to have been forgotten and then done. Otherwise, everything is fine: the rooms are warm, there is a good mattress and pillows. Good breakfasts. In the evening, you can go to the sauna, hammam, with a beautiful view of the river and the presidential administration palace.

I was surprised that the room was without air conditioning, I thought nowadays you won't find this anymore, because the hotel is modern. There was a balcony. The slippers are cool in the room. The room is nice, the bed is snow-white.

A great hotel. I liked everything except the kitchen. There is still work to be done here, both chefs and waiters. However, Line Brew is in the next building. I will be in Astana, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

I was a guest in a restaurant, not in a hotel. The hotel, at first glance, is from the premium category. The restaurant does not pull into the specified category, not all dishes on the menu were available, possibly due to quarantine restrictions (it was at the end of May 2020). Location 5 plus. The service is not fast, there were guests who went to remind about their order. However, what I ordered was very tasty. This smoothed out all the other nudes.
