I really liked to rest there. Everything is clean, cozy, breakfasts are a huge selection of food, cleaning every day, the staff is very cool (it seems to be there, but at the same time no one bothers). There is a large swimming pool, wi-fi throughout the hotel, the sea across the street. The beach is great. There are many cafes, grocery stores, pharmacies (if anyone needs), exchange offices, fruit outlets, just stalls, massage. It's not boring there.

Minuses:
- breakfast is a nightmare. The eggs are cooked on some hellish amount of oil and spread the omelets in a pile where they can lie down for 10 minutes. In the Thai heat, the taste becomes appropriate. Don't count on a delicious breakfast here.
- after 9:30 to find a fork is a whole quest. You collect from other tables or catch the staff. I'm not talking about napkins at all. I saw them 1 time only
- there was almost no drain in the shower in our room. You wash in a puddle. The locksmiths tried to do something, but it didn't really work out
- they clean normally only with tips, so put it right away
- towels from the beach should be carried to the room, they are changed only there and you have to wait. Those are not like in normal hotels, you throw them in the trash in the reception area and take clean ones there.
It is very steamy to carry a towel wet after the beach in the sand to the room.
- bike parking only in the open sun. There's no way to put it in the shade. At least they would have made a canopy.

The location of the hotel is great! Three minutes to the sea through a quiet street with cafes, salons and shops. No matter which way you go, there are a lot of cafes for every taste and purse, exchangers, massage parlors nearby.

The pool is wonderful, the water is cool, with Jacuzzi options, always perfectly clean. It's hard to say about the food, I didn't have enough usual cereals, cheesecakes, pancakes for breakfast, but it's a matter of taste. The buffet is not bad. The hotel staff is hospitable, smiling, polite. There is almost one minus , on the day of arrival the hotel could not accommodate several families and we were sent to another one. As a result, hours of waiting with suitcases in the heat,
with small children, moving and a day from the trip are lost. However, compensation was provided in the form of a free lunch at the restaurant.The biggest disadvantage is the excursion and it doesn't even matter where (we chose the Phi Phi islands), and most importantly from which operator Coraltravel (Odeontours) and the guide who advertised the trip - Elnur . A very dishonest person, tells one lie: we form small groups of 10-12 people, Russian speakers, breakfast on board, comfort, monkey beach - they can be fed, a colorful underwater world, for those who like to swim and sunbathe on the snow-white sand, in general, the trip will leave an unforgettable impression. They really remained unforgettable. A group of 71 people !!!!!, not only Russian speakers, a delay on the road of about an hour, waiting at the pier for refueling the boat for another 1.5 hours , breakfast water and cookies, in the evening they really gave a couple of pieces of watermelon and pineapple, because the people were in such a mildly upset state that they demanded a refund ! From the underwater world, three fish, 2 monkeys, looked at them from the boat for 2 minutes, since they are wild, they could not swim and sunbathe, they did not fit in time. The very last ones arrived at the port when it got dark, they were tired not only mentally, but also physically!!! Then by bus to the hotel for another 1.5 hours. The cost for one is 120 dollars, for two they gave 23 thousand !!! 23 thousand in 15 hours of disappointment ! Please do not take Mr. Elnur's word for it!!! Then he refused from his words that he promised, it seems that we came up with it ourselves, we did not know where to spend money and time! We asked the neighbors at the hotel, the grandmother and her grandson, he offered them an equally charming excursion, at almost the same price, fishing from a boat. The impressions were as bad as ours. I think there is something to think about before buying a tour from this operator and this guide! Have a good rest and unforgettable positive impressions of the sea, sun, fruits on the beautiful island of Phuket!

We arrived at this hotel on November 29 after reading bad reviews. We were ready for anything, but we kept a positive attitude. As a result, I really liked the hotel. They settled in quickly, but they didn't help us carry our things and didn't escort us, we got lost on the way and eventually they brought us and showed us everything.
The room is huge and clean - the new Serene wing building, overlooking the pool. The child was given a free supplement. bed. The towels are stain-free and smell fresh. Bed linen too. The bathroom is a surprise)), there is a large window with a view of the parallel building, so you need to close the blinds. The territory is large, there are flower trees everywhere, roosters are walking, birds are singing. There are no cockroaches, no rats either)).
Cleaning at 5, there were no complaints. The floor was washed well. However, they brought extra bills for the mini bar.
There is one not very pleasant moment - we saw reviews about theft from the safe, so we came up with the idea to seal the safe with a plasticine seal. So after the first cleaning, it was broken, but nothing was stolen, apparently they saw the seal and tried to seal it in place. I would like the hotel management to work with its staff.
There are a lot of people with children in the hotel, in general it is very suitable for family holidays.
The pool is good, no one has picked up anything. There is a bar with fast food and ice cream by the pool.
There is a children's club, which opens in season in early November. 2 cute girls are engaged with children, conduct master classes, make aquagrim. You can leave your child there from the age of 4.
The staff is friendly. Some speak English well.
The choice for breakfast for a child is really small, adults will always find something to eat - omelets, scrambled eggs, croissants, muffins, sausages, fruits, potatoes, fish, meat, bolognese, all kinds of stewed vegetables. The coffee is good.
There are restaurants just outside the hotel towards the beach. I recommend Seafood champion (from the road to the right) . It's always full of people and the food is delicious. Tom yam - 100 baht, cocktails for 150.
Across the street from the hotel is Karon beach, but we have never swum there, because there is a suspicious river nearby. We rode farther away on a bike, on a boat and Nai Harn.

From early morning until 10:30.The sea is nearby, the beach is luxurious. Clean, squeaky sand.There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. We rented a 300-butt bike for a day. We traveled all over the coast, got to the Buddha, to the waterfall.. We were relaxing on the beach under palm trees.. There are sun beds of 100 baht per day.. We really liked everything!!!! A fabulous place, convenient, everything is nearby, we were settled in the old building, stunning sunrises and sunsets were visible from the balcony, the sea is close and the staff is polite and responsive! The rooms are cozy and beautiful)
The breakfasts are quite varied, in addition to eggs and meat and fish with vegetables, as well as pastries, and the pancakes just melted in your mouth!!!

Check-out is not organized - check-out from the room at 12 o'clock, and transfer at 17 o'clock. We had to stay at the reception for 5 hours, no one even said that we could extend our stay in the room for several hours. And the cherry on the cake - they asked the reception to pour plain water into a bottle, we were sent to the pool bar, despite the fact that we left two bottles of water in the room. We took a ticket to this hotel from April 18 to 27, 2024. On April 18, we were brought to the hotel at 20.00 pm, after waiting for 30 minutes. We were informed that there were no available rooms and we would be given a room in another hotel until 12.00 the next day. We were provided with a transfer and taken to another hotel. We also waited there for 30-40 minutes, then somehow explained ourselves to the hotel administrators. We started calling our tour operators in Russia, finally we were provided with transport and taken to another place, where we were accepted and left for the night. In compensation for these inconveniences, we were provided with a free lunch. We were checked into the hotel only at 15.00. The room is good, the TV is working, although we did not use it, a safe, a small refrigerator with a minibar, two bottles of water of 0.5 liters are provided free of charge daily, there is also cola, water, beer, coffee, but it's all for a fee, paid upon departure from the room at the reception There is an electric kettle and glasses. There is a small loggia with a table and 2 armchairs. There are 2 pairs of slates, 2 umbrellas, a hair dryer, beach towels, shower and face towels, shampoo, shower gel. On our floor there was a small pool, sun beds, umbrellas. They are cleaned every day if you hang a sign on the door handle. To change towels, they must be laid on the floor, and to change the bed, you need to put a sign on the bedside table on the bed. We lived on the 3rd floor, on the ground floor there were breakfasts, a very diverse menu: soups, pasta, rice, gravies and sauces of several types, vegetables: tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage, beetroot, omelette and poached eggs, fried and simply sliced sausage, sausages, various fruits, butter, rolls, bagels, tea, coffee, juices, milk, yoghurts, whatever your heart desires, buffet table. The hotel is conveniently located on the first line, at the exit from the hotel there are shopping kiosks, cafes, massage parlors, reaching the road to the right there are exchange kiosks. In general, if we were settled immediately, we could put 5 stars, but in connection with these ordeals, I put only 3.

Room: we were unlucky, the view was on the wall opposite, 3rd floor, mosquitoes did not fly in, people on the first floors complained about a bunch of mosquitoes.
The room is clean and freshly renovated, the picture in the photo corresponds to reality. Cleaning was done every day, sheets were changed and water, tea and coffee were given. If noisy neighbors can't sleep, you can hear it well. And the air conditioner in the room is buzzing terribly, my head ached from the noise every other day.
Cafe: the breakfasts are not bad, especially if you come at 8-9 o'clock, then fresh fruits are brought more often and empty dishes are updated. It is convenient to go to the sea to swim first and then have a snack.
Thais are friendly, everyone says hello - it's nice.
Pool: the child fell ill with conjunctivitis after swimming , after active bathing and diving the next day, all eyes are covered in pus, and not only mine. Although the pool is cleaned every evening.
