Top of my hookah bars in Minsk. Delicious hookahs. The friendly staff will ask you what you like from the flavors and make an excellent hookah. The coals are monitored and changed frequently. Smoking is comfortable. The topchik bartender makes great cocktails. There are excellent burgers, perhaps the most delicious that I have tasted in Minsk. Sometimes I come for them. Music, chill, board games, TV, there are good consoles for playing in pairs. There is a mini trade in hookah "affairs". One night I ran out of coal, I went and bought it from them. Smoking is prohibited in the establishment with children at the table. They won't put a hookah on. I'll have to leave. There is a discount for regular customers. Prices are below average. I advise you to visit the institution. It's very cozy. The hand of a talented leader is visible.
