They haven’t cleaned it once in a week, and we still pay money for some stains, but they don’t remove them themselves, the air conditioner barely blows, the sink doesn’t drain, 1 star is deserved
From the good: safe territory, security, rooftop pool. There is a convenience store where you can buy some vegetables, frozen, shampoos, pots, forks (dishes). Free bus to school, beach, some shops.
You need to take or buy dishes and table cloths with you (there are none in the shared kitchen).
From what I personally did not like: when checking in, they did not warn that if you spill coffee, juice on the duvet cover, for example, (the blanket did not touch, it was separate) then 115 dirhams will be charged upon eviction. Everything will be checked after you. And the payment will be a surprise. They check with a document with a list of furniture, items and cost. If I had seen this document and been warned at check-in that I would pay about 2500 rubles for a stain that is easy to wash, I would, of course, have washed it myself.
I just had the last cash for a taxi, I had to give them half of it. And at night, wake up a friend, take cash from her and transfer it to a card. I didn't have a Union Pay card.
This attitude was very disappointing. It's one thing to know and not do, another thing is not to know about these rules at all. At 5 a.m., it was a huge stress.
They moved both me and my friend into a poorly cleaned room, there were other people's hair everywhere. They are cleaned once a week, the bed linen is not changed.
The local canteen has a small selection of food and is tasteless. 20 dirhams for a modest package.
The room was a single room, 13m. But cozy.
Definitely not coming back.
The school is 50-60 minutes one way, depending on traffic jams.
