The hotel is located near the center, but in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are spacious, clean, the mattresses are quite hard (a plus for me), but a big minus is the metal mesh of the base, dense mattress pads are needed. Breakfast is basic, and if you come no later than 9 o'clock, then it's empty and they don't add anything if you don't quarrel.
There was also an unpleasant incident when an employee broke into the door at night, opening it with his key, allegedly forgetting that the room was rented. There were no apologies (
The audibility through the walls is strong, round-the-clock conversations and staff walks are added on the ground floor.

A well-decorated new hotel, quiet, far from noisy roads. New furniture, cable channels, comfortable bed, decent linen. It is clear that a lot of money has been invested. There is a big "but" that may soon lead to decline: the staff is poorly trained. The cleaning is not thorough enough, the dishes are poorly washed. Breakfast is served somehow. The price is competitive.

The hotel is clean and cozy, very warm in the room (month of January). A spacious double room with a large bathroom, a wardrobe, a table and 2 chairs, an electric kettle and tea utensils, a flat-screen TV. I recommend.

Friendly staff, nice, clean room. There is gel, shampoo, and a toothbrush in the bathtub.
One of the disadvantages is a meager breakfast (porridge, fried, boiled egg, some salads and the rest of the flour) and when a lot of people come, there are not enough plates, you need to wait.

If you don't want to spoil your vacation, then choose another hotel! The place is good, that's it!
Breakfasts are the worst you can think of, there is absolutely nothing to eat, and if you are lucky, it is not tasty, and not the first freshness.
The rooms are not cleaned, the bed is dirty, there is no service. Plus, we booked at the Booking office, upon arrival at the hotel, an additional 80% of the price was charged a tourist fee.
Have a good rest, but not in this hotel!

It's just hell! We rented room 103, the sewer stank in the san node, so it was not possible to breathe, we turned to the reception to eliminate this stench, zero emotions, like we don't smell, the rooms are all as if after bambeski, the beds are old, the mattresses are hard, the towels are yellow, not the first freshness, for $ 40 per day it is it's not worth it, we spent the night and left, breakfasts are generally trash, at 8 o'clock in the morning there were not even scrambled eggs! There are much better hotels in Tashkent and cheaper at times!!!

A completely ruined vacation thanks to this hotel. We booked a room in advance and wrote that we would arrive at night.
Our plane was delayed for an hour and 3 hours by turbulence. We order a taxi to the hotel, the time was 3 a.m., we arrive, they tell us there are no seats, there is a malfunction in the system. We are shocked. This is the first time this has happened to us. We are tired and exhausted, we start looking for hotels, there are no places on the booking. The representatives of the hotel smiled and called the hotels, they say there are no places. Two hours later, they find a room in a nearby hotel and say go there, we found you a room, we have two backpacks of 10 kg each, it's 5 a.m. it's getting light where to go is not clear. I say are you kidding me? Can you take us out and check us in? He's like, well, let's go. We walked 800 meters to the nearest hotel. They settled us in a smoky room from the Soviet era. I almost cried, but we had no choice because our strength was running out. In the morning, the guy promised to check us into a vacant room.
In the morning, we told the girl at the reception of the hotel where we were accommodated about our situation and she called the hotel to clarify whether our room was ready or not. They hung up the phone. I call, I say the reservation and I hear the beeps. We are shocked. As a result, the girl of this hotel just sorted out the whole situation, called us a taxi, escorted us out.
Upon arrival at the hotel, we were asked to pay and given a key. The discount was not made and there was no apology. We checked into a room next to the reception. I went in there and found a floating gasket in the toilet. 🤦🏼♀For two nights we listened to conversations , TV and suitcases passing by our room.
We stayed because we had planned the sights in time.
In the evening, it seemed that the previous guests had left their bed linen, unrealistically wrinkled and smelly.
There is nothing to eat for breakfast, there was not even milk for coffee, they said it was over when asked to bring it.
The mattresses are normal, compared to the hotel where we were accommodated.
I rarely write reviews, but this time I couldn't pass it by. It was very unpleasant to observe the indifference from the hotel.
So, fellow travelers, keep in mind that when you arrive at this hotel, there may not be places for you.

Quite a cozy hotel, but very poor noise insulation, you can hear absolutely everyone who is talking in the corridor, and the staff of the monitoring service is very loudly discussing work issues. I didn't find any other disadvantages because I stayed for 2 nights. Unfortunately, I did not try the breakfasts that take place from 8 to 10 in the morning.

Вот это люди! Заселились 6 человек в этот отель на одну ночь по пути в Шымкент, Казахстан (прямой перелёт Казань - Ташкент). Местной валюты не было совсем, так ребята на ресепшн не то что не требовали с нас оплату сразу, так ещё и денег дали на такси и на ужин. Только на следующий день мы поменяли деньги и расплатились. И комнаты очень комфортные. Утром вполне приличный завтрак. Рекомендую! Были 09-10.04.2022
