A magnificent historical hotel. We stay there every time we visit Istanbul. Magnificent rooms, furniture, interiors. The breakfasts and five o'clock tea in the lobby are beyond praise! I would especially like to mention the hotel staff, the receptionist, the maids and especially Mr. Salih at the reception, an incredibly kind and professional young man who always solves all issues. A wonderful hotel for both business and tourism. Excellent location - Galata Tower 7 min, Karakoy marina 15 min. To climb from the pier or from the tram, use the funicular (it is hidden there behind the corner - the cost is like a tram). The breakfasts are good, fresh products, you can order Turkish coffee. Ordinary coffee is a liquid. Cream coffee - you can drink it somehow. The service is good. A taxi is around the corner. On the contrary, one of the most expensive hotels in Istanbul, Pera Palace, where Agatha Christie, Daniel Craig, etc. stayed, I advise you to come in. There is a swimming pool on the roof (closed at 1800) and beautiful views of Istanbul - Golden Horn, Topkapi, Sofia, Suleimani.

A wonderful hotel, very well located, just a 5-minute walk to Istiaklal Street. Breakfasts are included, a very good range of dishes. Excellent service. We had a small room, without a balcony, but this did not spoil the overall impression. Friendly staff, many speak Russian. At the entrance, they asked to leave a deposit of $ 100, so you need to be prepared for this.
