We had a rest from January 11 to January 25. The best option in the price category. The numbers are tired, but even in the average threes they are similar. It was perfect for us to spend the night. Delicious breakfasts for cheap, close to shops, market, cafes. It is almost equally close to go both to Kata and Karon. Nice balcony on the 3rd floor for company gatherings. Friendly staff. We left late, they didn't give us a room, everything was occupied, but they gave us a shower and towels. There's a nice bar across the street. We recommend it to those who save money, who need proximity to beaches, markets and shops. The best exchange office diagonally across the intersection)

I give 5 stars for the price and personal approach
The hotel itself is not for a family holiday, it is closer for those who want to spend the night or just live for a short time.
The fact is that the hotel is located on the second floor and on the first floor there is a cafe, that is, in order to get into the rooms, you first pass through a drinking establishment.
There's no noise , it 's quiet
Choose carefully who doesn't smoke, there are rooms for both smokers and non-smokers.
The cost for the New Year holidays 2025 is 1000 dietary supplements , if on weekdays , then
the location between Karon and Kata is in half
The beach is a 15-minute walk away
The infrastructure is well developed , shops and markets are all nearby

You can stay for several nights and if there is nowhere else :)
The bed is normal, the linen is synthetic. The window faces the wall, it is very dark around the clock. The plumbing is all leaking. The furniture is tired. They asked for 50 baht for a cup of tea.
It is located exactly between Karon and Kata. 7/11 would like to be closer. The staff is not interested.
