A small hotel (we were in early September 2024)located in a quiet location. The monument and Victory Park are a little over a kilometer away, and the city center is two and a little km away. The staff is very friendly. Administrators: Irina, Hasmik, Arman, Avanes - thank you very much. Breakfast is included. The price-quality ratio is excellent. I recommend.

My son and I rested in Yerevan for 5 days, stayed in this beautiful hotel) I especially liked the staff, they were kind, responsive,smiling, and felt at home😀 The room was clean, cozy, there was a small terrace... the only downside was that the breakfast was not a buffet, it was delicious, but unusual breakfasts for us… The admin also recommended us a guide who showed us the most beautiful places in Armenia, his name is Hayk-polite, knows the history of Armenia well) (excellent photographer😊) it was interesting!
