I recommend the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is polite. There is an exchanger, but the rate is better in other places. The hotel is located near a stunning park and overall the location is good. There is a restaurant at the hotel - it is not very tasty. There is also a bakery at the hotel - everything is stale there.

A great hotel, near the park, quite large (by Tokyo standards) rooms. On the ground floor there is a bar, a cafe and a bakery with gorgeous buns! I recommend it if you want to live comfortably for a little money.
