we liked it especially considering the price-quality ratio.
half an hour by car to the Erciyes ski resort, spacious rooms, swimming pool and spa complex.
on the downside: the breakfasts are normal, but it could have been better, there is a vacant lot and residential buildings around the hotel, no alcohol in the restaurant.

It's a good place, the person is responsive, always in touch and ready to help. The hotel itself: cleanliness and order, excellent cuisine, delicious and pleasant, not far from the center, convenient location.

It seems that the hotel is not being monitored at all. Good rooms, but with a bunch of minor flaws - the cornice was falling off, the shower was dripping, it was very hot in the room. The room cards were demagnetized every day :) and to go down to change - you need to go to the reception by elevator, and the elevators work very strangely))) sometimes you wait for 10 minutes, because they drive according to some unknown logic. A good restaurant, but for some reason they don't make alcoholic cocktails after 8 pm, because they suddenly finish. All in all - if you just fix the little things and pay attention to everything inside - it would be a great hotel.

I did not like the hotel: it is dirty, a lot of things are falling apart, the thresholds are torn off in the room and lie torn off right there in the room, it is very dangerous for children, because They can hurt your leg with millet. There was no hand soap, no liquid soap provided on the wall. Our room had a kitchen, but there is not a single appliance, cup, glass glasses and appliances in it. After an hour of walking in the room, the slippers turned black, see photo. The balcony door leaves a huge gap when closed.

I liked only 2 things about this hotel, the fact that the rooms are large, nice and beautiful, the second is the restaurant: almost everything is fine there, except that I came across an unwashed salad, it was covered in dirt.
The rest didn't like everything, the fact that when I went there for a week, the pool didn't work there, it was closed for cleaning, I didn't like the staff at all, rude, lying, etc., I also didn't like the fact that a window was broken in my room, and that there was a lot of entertainment written on the site, most of the lies are there, the playlist does not work, there is no live music, but they promised that it would be every day, but it was not there, etc. In
general, I did not like the hotel!!!
