we liked it especially considering the price-quality ratio.
half an hour by car to the Erciyes ski resort, spacious rooms, swimming pool and spa complex.
on the downside: the breakfasts are normal, but it could have been better, there is a vacant lot and residential buildings around the hotel, no alcohol in the restaurant.

I liked the warm pool, it was cold a year ago. The sauna and hammam are also good. Good heating, really warm. Not comfortable pillows, but it tastes good. They also sent an email that there was a 10% discount on hotel services, but it didn't work for a paid massage.

The hotel actually deserves 5 stars in terms of its location, the friendly face and helpfulness of the lady in charge at the reception and all the other staff, especially the roof restaurant on the upper floor. Especially you should try local delicacies in the restaurant.The hotel breakfast is fine .25 Minutes by car to the Erciyes ski center, there is a ski room in the hotel where you can put your equipment on the way back from skiing, you can dry it here.4 At the hotel.we have 3 more nights today.Let's come to the minus aspects that I broke 1 star; There was insufficient lighting in the room, especially in the area where there is a closet,there was an extremely intense cigarette smell when we first arrived, we didn't go out for 2 days, if there is a sound in the corridor, it can be diy, we haven't heard it so far on the first day outside.But the Spa part is the place that breaks a star. when we first entered the spa area, there were no towels left due to the crowd, maybe, but it was really rude that the foreign masseuse lady was going to make a pouch before even three minutes, when the other customer entered, my first entrant said the bath time was over and tried to fire and stood on our heads until we left, I hope a warning is given, I'm still at the hotel now, and although we stopped by the spa for two second times, we weren't given any massage information, we asked ourselves last, we made a reservation because we didn't want to go out after skiing, let's see how it will be.
