The room was not ready, instead of two beds they provided a room with one. I had to ask for a second blanket, as well as a second shampoo, gel, etc. There were no bathrobes and slippers, even though it was a 4-star hotel. The shower was leaking heavily. The room is cold, the bathroom floor is icy, the battery is turned off. There are no sockets near the beds. They put me in a room with windows on the road, there is no insulation, cars drove over my ears. There have been no changes from management, as if this is how it should be. They wrote that they were, like, working on these problems. Beautiful pictures, modern design, but the service is terrible. I don't recommend it.
