The stay in this guest house exceeded all expectations!
I spent unforgettable days in this cozy corner. From the very first minutes, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere, which was accompanied by impeccable cleanliness and comfort. Every detail of the interior is thought out to the smallest detail, creating a feeling of real home comfort.
I would like to express special gratitude to the hostess for her care and attention. The breakfasts were simply delicious – fresh products, cooked with love, energized for the whole day. And how nice it was to return in the evening to such a warm and friendly atmosphere!
I really felt at home here, and I'm already planning to come back here again. This guest house will become my favorite place to stay, and I will definitely recommend it to all my friends and acquaintances!

We stayed at the hotel for only 2 nights. I really liked it! The rooms are clean, cozy, with everything you need (even bathrobes and slippers), it so happened that we had breakfast once, the next day there was a very early check-out. The breakfast is wonderful, everything is very tasty! The staff is great, they helped with all the questions, thank you very much! The noise outside the window was a little disturbing and it was hard to climb to the third floor without an elevator after excursions, but upon arrival we were helped to lift our suitcases to the room. We stayed at the hotel from April 9th to April 16th. The hotel is brand new, very clean and incredibly cozy.
Friendly and friendly staff, always helped and solved all issues. VERY TASTY breakfasts prepared by the hostess of the hotel Svetlana. For 6 days, the dishes have never been repeated, everything is fresh, delicious at home, special thanks for the pastries (gata conquered with its delicate taste, much tastier than in a cafe!), a very tasty pie with spinach and Feta cheese.
There is also a coffee machine with coffee beans and a toaster in the dining room, which is good news.
One day there was an early departure for an excursion, they asked for an early breakfast with them: they gave a delicious and hearty lunch.
There are no complaints about cleaning the room: they were cleaned efficiently, the room even smelled clean. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, a very comfortable bed, slippers, bathrobe, a good, powerful hair dryer, a set of washing accessories. In general, the hotel left only pleasant impressions, a wonderful price-quality ratio. We definitely recommend it!

Excellent hotel near the center of Yerevan. There are good restaurants nearby.
The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, everything you need is in the room!

From the bottom of my heart, I want to share my impressions of staying at a wonderful hotel where I stayed during my recent trip.
The hotel captivated me with its atmosphere of homely comfort and warmth, which was created by the hostess herself, preparing delicious breakfasts for us.
The rooms, decorated with taste and love, were equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness and order in the hotel were maintained at a high level - cleaning was carried out daily and very carefully.
The location of the hotel was very convenient - all the main attractions and entertainment venues were within walking distance.
I would like to express my deep gratitude to the hospitable hostess for her work and care for the guests, as well as to all the hotel staff for their professionalism and kindness. I can confidently recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates comfort and homeliness combined with a high level of service.

Preface: We stayed at the hotel for 5 days.People came to the hotel only to spend the night, and it seems to me that this hotel is exactly for this.
Before traveling to Armenia, I studied many other hotels, but I chose this one for two reasons: 1 - they wrote about a good breakfast, 2- close to the center. And, of course, based on our budget.
About the advantages of the hotel:
+ clean and cozy
+ everything is new and aesthetic
+ pleasant staff
+ the neighbors couldn't be heard, and neither could the road, although the hotel stands right on it
+ few people
+ the room had everything you need (water, toothbrush with toothpaste, slippers, bathrobe,ear sticks, shampoo and something else that I didn't even use)
+ the location is really good, very close to the center
+ there is a good grocery store nearby, markets with fruits and vegetables, and pharmacies
Now about the cons:
- the hotel is located on the road next to tire shops and workshops, there are unpleasant odors
- there is absolutely no parking, even the taxi driver had nowhere to stop for 3 minutes
- the hotel has three floors, so there is only a staircase, going down and up is not a problem, but with luggage …
- there was no full-length mirror in the room and a dressing table where you can make up and style your hair, for example, for two girls this is a big minus
- the food was also disappointing, because there was very little choice. It was hard for me to find food for myself, because I used to eat porridge/cheesecakes/casseroles/benedicts for breakfast. Although we must pay tribute to the pastries and sweets, they were always fresh and delicious, but still this is not what we would like for breakfast. Well, there was no normal coffee either. Well, if you come to breakfast near the end of it, then maybe you won't eat anything at all.
In general, the hotel did not spoil the impression of rest, it was comfortable to spend the night and stay there, but we will not come here anymore, because it is hard for me without a normal breakfast. If I had the opportunity, I would have put 3.7 out of 5.

The hotel itself corresponds to the star rating, clean, quiet, the staff is polite. They prompted me if there were questions, they speak Russian and English perfectly. But the location is disgusting. The hotel is located between tire shops and car parts stores, there was constant noise and smell.

A cozy hotel with an excellent location. It is located within walking distance from the city center. The airport is no more than 30 minutes away by taxi. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms with everything you need to stay. There is parking for cars. Delicious breakfasts. We have been with my wife twice already, we definitely recommend it.

I can't even call it a hotel locally. For the umpteenth time, I am greeted within these walls not even as a relative, but as a friend who was very much awaited. The first time I liked it enough to come back, and when I returned, I realized that if I went to Yerevan, then only here. Thank you very much to my friends, whom I cannot name as staff.
One of the obvious advantages is the guys who do their best for you. Good, hearty breakfasts. Cleanliness, order in everything. Here they will tell you everything and tell you where to go, where to eat, arrange a transfer and call a taxi. A counter that works 24 hours and no matter what time you pass by, they smile at you. You guys are the best!!!

I would put 5 for the attitude, the check-in.But I can't close my eyes to the downsides.It is located at an intersection, the noise of cars all night, and even the asphalt was finished off, a small room (I think the private house was redone), there is no elevator, bags need to be dragged up the stairs.It is a long way from the center, 25 minutes on foot to the gallery, there is no place for a taxi to stop as it stands on the road, there is no yard or territory.I understand everything, but how can you give 4 stars.If I had booked 2-3 rooms with the appropriate price, I would have understood. The price is too high.

It's hard to imagine a more ideal place to relax! They will tell you, show you, smile, advise you where to go, they will help you get there. If anything, they have their own tours, which are quite good, the prices are noticeably lower than those of tour agents. The breakfasts are very tasty. I strongly advise you!

Not a big hotel, but a very cozy one. The rooms are clean and fully equipped with everything you need. A large soft bed with snow-white sheets is what you need to get enough sleep😍
A very tasty breakfast, you won't stay hungry for sure.

10 out of 5, an excellent hotel. The rooms are new, everything is very pleasant, starting with bed linen, ending with furniture and a fluffy soft carpet. I also appreciated the paintings hung both around the hotel and in the rooms, which are painted in oil! Delicious breakfasts prepared with awe and love by the hostess of the hotel!
