A smartphone left on the bar under the cameras was stolen, and the request to identify the thief by video surveillance was refused for the reason: We are not responsible for the clients' belongings.. (inadequacy at the highest level) They do not understand that this expression means that: the institution is not obliged to reimburse the material and not refuse to help find the thief.. This is the first time I've seen such stupidity.
When they told me to come tomorrow, I realized that the institution works 3 days a week - realizing that if I leave without finding a thief on the cameras, then the smartphone will not be found at all. I raised my voice demanding to be found now, I did not insult anyone even with an abusive word, to which the guard threw me out of the institution as an intruder. And when I fell down the stairs, some person (either a guest or an employee of the institution) kicked me in the head twice for no reason. The guards did not react to this in any way, as if this was the way it should be and the attacker freely went to the club... The next day, I asked to find a smartphone, but I was just blocked everywhere. I rested normally, I didn't do anything wrong, and this attitude towards me is incomparable.
