Delicious Hokkaido pancakes and decent coffee. Yet, it’s hard to get seated on a weekend, there’s no booking of tables, and the waiting time can exceed 50 mins. We managed to get seated on the 3rd visit only, and had to sit at the community table.

A fashionable and glamorous place. They love the locals. Prices are reasonable. The kitchen is not bad

A stylish cafe with an excellent selection of breakfasts. High-quality coffee, they can cook both flat white and latte. Aesthetics are style and atmosphere.
