We are currently staying at the hotel. The location is excellent. Terminal 21, various markets and the like are nearby. The hotel is nice. Clean, cozy. The rooms are well renovated, apparently made during the pandemic. Good air conditioners. The breakfasts are excellent, varied, and delicious. The staff is polite and helpful. When we checked in, we got a room on the ground floor, we wanted a higher one, they changed it for us the next day, they treated us with understanding. The pools are excellent, large, and clean. Visually, the pool is like one continuous one, but in fact half of the pool is warmer, half of the outdoor temperature. Everything is being cleaned up. Preparations for the new year are in full swing. Let's see what will please you on New Year's Eve. I think it will be fun. The New Year was well celebrated . The hotel did its best. The program is good. Dinner was generally on top + alcohol was present. Seafood and all kinds of goodies. But. Yes, as always there is a drop of tar. They're rats. In the backyard, where there is a passage to a parallel street, you can walk along it faster and closer to the ring at terminal 21, they are just teeming there. The trash can is in front of the guards, and it seems that the guards and the rats are very comfortable together. A couple of times we came to the hotel late at night and, going to our room, a decent-sized rat was rushing towards us down the stairs from above. The wife is in shock and screams. It's not very pleasant either. Once it got stuck in my leg, I was wearing sneakers. So it's better to go through the reception. A little further, but safer. The impression is that the hotel staff and especially the administration don't give a damn about this, so to speak, not a small problem. If desired, there are many ways. This is the only comment about the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel in the second half of February 2025. Positive: 1)excellent service and very friendly attitude of the staff to the guests 2) Great location,close to 7Eleven,tops,tuk tuk stops and Terminal 21 shopping center,there is a food court on the 4th floor (there is a cinema exactly where!(don't confuse it, as there's an entire floor in various food courts)there are box offices in a circle in front of the cinema)There you put money on the card and pay with this card)The food there costs 30-100 baht (soups, pancakes, rice with seafood, smoothies and much more) 3) Clean pools and unrealistically beautiful green area, Lots of palm trees, trees, flowers. 4) Breakfast!Very tasty and satisfying 5)We got a room on the 3rd floor, there were no mosquitoes 6)Updated numbers, everything worked 👍🏻 Minuses: In the morning I had to look for free deck chairs by the pool) Vongamat Beach is a 15-20 minute walk away, but we rode around the islands and other beaches.

We had a vacation in April 2025. In Songkran. I've been to this hotel for the second time, the first time in 2018. The hotel is super! The pool is very nice, large, of varying depths, and there is a children's pool. But it's a long way from the sea, we took a taxi, in 2018 there were bikers, they rode, now we only call a taxi. After the renovation, the mattresses were changed, thick, springy. But.... We took a room with two beds (I thought there would be one and a half beds, but they turned out to be single beds, like a shelf in a compartment). Single beds on wheels, always leaving, I had to put a cardboard box)). And the blankets are big. In general, the beds are uncomfortable, you can fall off on teenagers, the blanket moved constantly, only on the third day they got used to it a little. It was the only big negative for us!!! Of course, squirrels are different from animals!!!!! We didn't see any rats, we didn't go around the farm buildings. But, there is an abandoned pond between the building and the bungalow, so in the evening a huge (as it seemed to me, that huge) monitor lizard came out. Maybe the pond will be repaired? And the next morning, they turned on the gas, and all kinds of caterpillars are crawling, they are so poisonous, this is normal for tropical countries. The staff is very friendly, one girl at the reception was given a hot plate with a Russian pattern, so she was so happy and laughed when she met us (and with others too - she's so funny).
