- the staff is responsive (although not everyone speaks Russian, we have to have a dialogue in English),
- there is no casino in the hotel (as it turned out, this is a rarity for Batumi because neighboring Turkish residents like to come for a weekend and relax),
- there is a shopping center directly opposite in one minute on foot.
Now for the cons - significant and not so much:
- the variety of breakfast dishes and the quality of some of them leaves much to be desired. Unripe kiwis, dried curdled cottage cheese, and running out of coffee and juices require a little more control from the nutrition manager.;
- having a spa and pool is nice, but you need to clean the locker rooms more often - slippery tiles and humidity are constantly present. In principle, there are few lockers, and the indoor pool itself is designed for a comfortable stay, in my opinion, a maximum of 6 floating guests.;
- the limit on the number of free bottles of water per room is 0.5 per person. This rule is understandable for a three-star hotel, but not for a 5*. Such pettiness is simply disgusting.
- our company rented two different rooms - one had bathrobes and the other did not. This is the first time I've seen this! You have to ask to bring it.
- we always leave tea for the maids. However, there were stable problems with toilet paper and water - they did not update their supplies. I had to call the reception and ask. After the request, they were regularly brought.
In general, if you don't find fault with the food, don't set yourself up for going to the pool, and don't worry about having to call and ask for something, then it's quite a good place to relax.
The hotel is located on the first coastline, which is its big plus. You can walk to the sea, swim and return to the hotel. From the window there is a beautiful view of the sea, the embankment, the sunset. The staff is quite responsive. Cleaning is not very good. Often something is not reported in the room, glasses, towels, bathrobes, tea, toilet paper, shampoos. Breakfast does not always include fresh vegetables and fruits, cherished cheeses and meat. There is a lot of mold in the bathroom. The pool is very cold outside. After the rain, there is a large accumulation of water on the floor around the pool, apparently poor drainage. Tiles are torn off in some places in the indoor pool. It can be seen that there is an overabundance of chlorine. The advantage of the hotel is the availability of underground Parking. If you carry out a small cosmetic repair, it will be a great hotel
On the coast of Batumi, this is one of two hotels where there is a swimming pool. The hotel is big and beautiful inside. We bought a room with a balcony and a sea view. Instead of a balcony, there was a large terrace. The sea view is cool. The room is spacious, but it is clear that it is already old. The bathroom doors are swollen from the shower water. The door didn't close completely. The carpets are already tired, as well as some of the furniture. Breakfast is monotonous. We were there for 5 days. On the third day, I got tired of eating the same thing. There is no beach on the sea. Sun beds and umbrellas are paid. The shore is Pebbles.
The room was cleaned. The only thing is gel, shampoo, conditioner. They may not put it in, but when you ask, they bring one jar at a time. Although there are usually two people in the room. There is no ironing board or iron. Crumpled clothes are brought after paid washing. Because ironing is also paid. In general, the staff is friendly and very helpful. All disadvantages are quite tolerable.
We stayed here in January of the twenty-fourth. It is clean, spacious, the furniture in the room is quite new, the bathroom is at a height, bathrobes, slippers, Bakuriani water is supplied every day. Everything seems to be fine. But, there are also disadvantages, and they are well remembered. First, monotonous breakfasts, no "zest" was found in the food. From meat, except for tasteless boiled sausage - nothing. Coincidentally, during our stay, the pool was closed for several days for prevention, but on the rest of the days we visited it. The hammam was not working all the time. They asked to turn it on, so they waited for an hour when it would get hot and left, because they did not have the patience to wait for the right temperature. But the most unpleasant thing was when checking in. We arrived at half past eleven at night, the bill was billed in dollars, and we gave them. We were told to pay in the local currency. The exchangers nearby were no longer working, but no one was going to meet us, in a word, either look for a 24-hour exchanger in the city or spend the night at the reception. It's good that we had some lari to pay for one night... Dinner at the hotel did not work out for the same reason, there is no Georgian money - stay hungry. They refer to the internal rules of the hotel, but in fact it is a slightly camouflaged rudeness. It was the first time I encountered such an attitude towards customers, and even in a five-star hotel. Only one music channel out of eight Russian channels was on TV - TNT. And yet, one girl at the reception answered my son's question in Russian, clearly answered it in English. Her son continued to communicate with her in English and only then realized that she fundamentally ignored the Russian language, although she understood and knew it exactly. In this hotel, most of the guests are Russian-speaking people. And the receptionist is initially hired with knowledge of this particular language. I think there was such a thing as quiet sabotage. And so there are no complaints about staying at the hotel, daily cleaning according to plan, the room is warm, towels are changed, etc.
The review turned out to be a little emotional, but I can see that it boiled over. That's why I only scored three points...
The 4* hotel fully justifies itself in terms of the condition of the rooms: large clean rooms, fresh white beds, everything is there from cosmetics to slippers and bathrobes, but it's time to change the carpet. A balcony and a gorgeous view of the sea - this is also important to me! The pool is large enough, there are a lot of sun beds. The breakfasts are excellent, there are tables inside the restaurant and on the terrace. And most importantly, the location is very convenient: the first line of the sea, near the promenade, all day and night entertainment, and on the other side of the building there is a new shopping center Grand Mall - SIM cards, pharmacy, supermarket and all brands that have left Russia. There is also an exchanger and a 24-hour Daily store very close by. Of course, there is always something to find fault with, but not in Georgia. Delicious food, sincere people, interesting excursions - this is love))

Great hotel, I'm resting here now. The rooms are huge, with sea views, the room has everything you need, bathrobe, slippers, tea, coffee, kettle, water, TV, bathroom, disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, air conditioning, shower gel, towels the whole set (bath, face and feet), safe, hangers in the wardrobe, a sewing kit. There is a table and a chair on the balcony. The attitude of the staff is wonderful, the breakfast is excellent. I advise everyone to stay here. Nearby there is everything you need, a cafe, a shopping center, a promenade, souvenir shops.
It is a pity that I will evaluate only the pool, but at the same time I will rate the entire hotel.
A one-time visit to the pool cost 50 Gel per adult. The price included: a personal locker for things, which may not be available if there are extremely many visitors (and in the women's locker room there are all lockers without locks); a small gym; sauna; hammam (on our visit); 2 pools without heated water: one indoor, one outdoor.
The outdoor pool is divided into two sections, in the first of which the water reaches to the knee, which makes it an optimal choice for children, and in the second - a little more than 1.4 m. Around the pool there are sun loungers with tables and a menu for ordering food and drinks directly to the water.
There are also sun loungers along the indoor pool on one side only, and one outdoor shower stall on the opposite side.
Due to the proximity to the sea and the presence of a descent from the outdoor pool to the pedestrian zone, everyone can use the pool during the season without proper permission: we witnessed how boys came to the outdoor pool from the beach, swam, and then rinsed in the shower stall of the indoor pool. After that, they were kicked out by the administrator.
We were offered towels, which are freely available in the changing rooms. Bathrobes and slippers were not seen or received. The changing rooms and toilets have motion sensor lighting. At the same time, the light in the toilet is turned on by a sensor in the dressing room. In addition, the lock did not work in the men's room. So you need to get not only a flashlight on your phone, but also strong muscles to avoid unexpected incidents with other visitors.
In general, I was satisfied, although for a one-time visit to the pool with cool water and other described nuances, the price-quality ratio is wrong.
I will also note another point. We arrived at the hotel on bicycles. There are no storage rooms or specialized parking for them in the hotel. Or we, as not the residents of the hotel, were simply tactfully kept silent about them. As a result, the transport was left on the street in front of the entrance under the scope of a surveillance camera.
We rested with our family for a week from July 6 at this hotel.
Of course, it is far from 5*, starting from the furniture in the hall and ending with the quality of cleaning.
The room was taken as a Superior suite, with a view of the city... What is in the photo on the hotel's website does not correspond to reality in any way. A 15-year-old child was asked for a full-fledged bed, and received a narrow cot at the entrance. The sofa does not fold out, this should also be taken into account if you are planning a trip with children.
There is no balcony, narrow windows that even open. The curtains let in light and do not close until the end. One of the previous tenants left a pin, and we used it so that there were no cracks. The safe in the room did not work, the TV was taken away from the living room, and the one that was in the bedroom is looking for 4 channels in Russian, but they do not show or there is no sound. The bathroom door creaked so much that it woke up the whole family at night. I had to ask for all this to be corrected, it is very difficult to be questioned, they do it after 3 calls at the reception or when you already go down and ask in person... They record it and postpone it for another hour or two. The bathroom is in a dead condition, there are stains everywhere, towels are also changed only after reminders, while 2 sets are always put on 3 of them...independent of tips! The towels are old, have torn edges and yellowed from washing. I repeatedly talked about it at the reception, it didn't help.
Room cleaning is a separate topic! It will never be done unless you ring the bell at the door... And if you click, it's also not a fact that they will do it.
The bed linen was changed once in 7 days, after a request, and then on a large bed. The child has never been changed.
The pool area is simply filled with concrete, the tiles are assembled and lie along the windows of the restaurant. A beach with big rocks and a bad entrance to the sea.
Among the advantages: parking space, quite decent breakfasts (only there is no coffee machine, which is also not acceptable for a 5* hotel). A good location within walking distance to all tourist places and opposite a good shopping center and a food court on the 4th floor.
Russian Russian is understood and spoken by all the staff at the hotel, although they pretend at first that they do not speak it, but it passes quickly after you try to explain yourself in all languages mixed up and apparently it is even more difficult to understand than Russian ;)
