Compact territory, the hotel is right on the beach, 10-15 steps down to the sea.A large swimming pool with high slides, a relaxation pool for adults.There are many sun beds and umbrellas.Good animation in the afternoon, games by the pool.The rooms are small in size, but everything is very modern, clean, quiet air conditioning cools perfectly.
The food is not bad, it is worth noting a particularly large variety of fruits and vegetables.I would like more fish.As always, the desserts are great!I did not observe queues in the dining room, there are always empty tables.

We stayed at this hotel in October. The place is very beautiful, beautiful views from any point, from almost all rooms (except the first floor). There were no special problems during the rest, everything was calm, in accordance with expectations. But keep in mind that this is rather a hotel for unassuming tourists: the room stock is outdated, the furniture is old, the restaurant does not spoil the variety and tastes of dishes, cleanliness is also questionable, poor navigation, you need to find out about everything yourself, or check with the staff. But in any case, a vacation can be wonderful if you know where you are going and why.
The staff is helpful, very pleasant. The beach is small, but there was enough space and since it was October, it was a big plus that the beach was in the bay, it was not so windy and there were not many waves. The sunsets are beautiful!

A great hotel for your money. The location is ideal, the city center and the port can be reached by minibus in 15 minutes. Minibuses run one by one and stop at the gate of the hotel. Its own beach with sun beds and a bar, everything is free. The sea is clean and calm. The staff is very friendly. Beautiful green area near the hotel. Gardeners take excellent care of the plants. The food is good, for 4. The view from our room was excellent, to the sea and to the opposite shore of the Greek island. There were great sunsets. Everyone went out on the balconies and looked at this free miracle attraction. The only thing is, the rooms are very tired, as well as the towels, which were changed regularly. But we haven't even seen a new towel in all these days. Cleaning is not very good, but I usually don't find fault with it too much. I would have come back here and advised my friends. The room is very simple and spacious. The territory is gorgeous. There is a lot of food, but most of the dishes are not suitable for us pensioners. The service at the reception is excellent, but there was clearly not enough of it in the room. Maybe this is due to the end of the season. An uncomfortable shower curtain, water on the floor, and there is nothing and no one to wipe it with. These are small things. The main thing we got: beautiful sea, weather. And you definitely need to go on an excursion to Ephesus.

Nice hotel, beautiful views, gorgeous beach by the sea. All rooms above the ground floor have sea views. There is a promenade with shops not far from the hotel. There is a Migros store at the end of the embankment.The only negative is the ignoring of Russian animators. It was very unpleasant when all countries except Russia were welcomed on the evening shows.

Ice cream once a day with a queue of 20 minutes, everything is very slow.There are a lot of steps in the hotel, it is impossible to move with baby strollers, get ready to carry a stroller with a child down to the beach. This is the first time in such a hotel with such boorish staff. One of the advantages is a clean sea and an interesting territory. For this price, you can relax in a more decent hotel and place. We had a family vacation in July 2023.
I liked everything very much.
Beautiful territory, gorgeous sea views. There is a 180cm pool, 1 135 cm pool, 1 children's pool (direct and children's club). There are no water slides. The coast of the hotel has a blue flag. There is an entrance to the sea by stairs from the shore. There are fish swimming there. The water is clear. There is a sandy entrance. There are small stones there. We were not disturbed.The beach is cleaned every day.
The bars are diverse throughout the hotel. They share burgers, French fries, tortillas, sweets and ice cream. Tea, coffee, and drinks are also available. Mostly in plastic or paper cups.
The main restaurant serves delicious food. Lboy will find a dish to taste. 2 times in 7 days there was honey for breakfast. Maybe more. Sometimes we came late for breakfast). Always freshly squeezed orange juice. There was a dinner of sea products, there was a Turkish night. 3 la carte restaurants. It's delicious there too.Moreover, you can always come to one restaurant during the day)
The staff is polite. He doesn't know Russian. Some speak only Turkish.
The rooms are old, after cosmetic repairs, but spacious, bright with a huge terrace (we had one).
The animation is unobtrusive. Regularly yoga, aerobics, various games, hotel dances. The animators are cheerful and positive. The evening programs are interesting: fire shows, dancing, magic tricks, etc.
In short, we had a good rest in this hotel!

I am currently staying at this hotel. The room is poorly cleaned. They didn't sweep for 5 days in a row and forgot to replenish the tool all the time. paper. The night snack, which starts at 23:30 pm, is nothing but pasta and pathetic lettuce leaves. In general, the lack of food between the main meals is somewhat comforting. What kind of vacation is it when you want to eat all the time and run to Migros for food, even though you paid for Ultra all inclusive?! The beach is a narrow strip, the sunbeds are close to each other. However, the entrance to the sea is sand with small pebbles. This is a plus. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners are normal. Animation - if groups come from the outside, then from 21:30 to 22:15, then everyone moves to the territory on the street next to the bar and some elderly Turk sings in a heart-rending voice, like in karaoke. He doesn't sing for long. Then everyone leaves . Is it really difficult to just turn on the music and have a disco?!. Once something like this was arranged, so all the people poured out to dance and it became fun and good for a moment. I didn't see any animation during the day (neither in the pool nor at sea). Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the hotel as all inclusive. And boring, too.

They "forget" to clean the room, bring a set of towels and linen. There are cigarette butts, cups in the bushes and other garbage on the territory. The rooms are in need of renovation. Wi-fi works well, air conditioning, TV is bad. The food is fine, but only if you stand in line for half an hour for meat or ice cream. Well, where to go without discrimination-friends, Turkish speakers are served without waiting in line. The tourists are almost all from Romania, Bulgaria, and Turkey.

As for the bar, it's separate here. To get the cocktail that is prescribed (not the water that is being interfered with) and the cocktail (where the senior bartender makes them stunning, but he is too ambitious and believes that everyone around him owes him something)) the rest do not know how and are lazy. Nasty sediment, so duty free to help.As for nutrition, it is diverse and, in principle, not bad.There is no ice cream, if with children, there is a crazy queue, because they give only an hour and one person at the distribution. They work very slowly.And in principle, when you check out at 12, and you fly away at 23, it is not realistic (for money) to extend the room. They do not provide washing, changing clothes in the toilet. This is the first time we 've encountered such a thing . At the reception, they answered rudely enough that these were our problems and we should say thank you that we have the opportunity to eat this day. Tin! Not hospitable, no desire to come back again. I'll start with the check-in, my family and I arrived at the hotel at 7 a.m., no matter how we tried to pay, they put us in the room only at 13 o'clock. Ie, we hung out at the pools all the time. But the bracelets were put on and we were able to have breakfast in peace. We were given a huge room with a gorgeous view, we were amazed by this. Immediately minus, they give one card for a family of any number of people, it is extremely inconvenient. Ie, this is in order to save electricity. There are 4 of us and 1 card, which is very inconvenient. This is probably the biggest disadvantage. The hotel justifies its 4 stars. I won't say that the food is varied, but there is a choice. There are enough vegetables to eat. Meat is not so great. The food is cleaned 30 minutes before the main restaurant closes. There is an a la carte restaurant on the beach, pizza, burgers, pasta (though not salty). 3 a la carte restaurants, but the difference is not particularly visible, only in the fish restaurant, dorado fish and sea bass (whole) are served Well, you won't stay hungry. Considering we don't cook this at home anyway.There is no children's menu. Take cans with you for kids, there is no milk. Only Ayran. I want to object to the comment below that the sun loungers are occupied by Russians, this is not true, 90% of the vacationing hotel guests are Turkish citizens, they probably occupy all the sun loungers already from the night. Probably 8% more are citizens of Germany, Poland, Ukraine, Slovenia. From Russia 1.5%..
There was a story that we took 3 sunbeds at 9 a.m., but polite Eastern Europeans threw off our towels or even took them for themselves. By the way, important information, if you do not smoke, then get ready to inhale nicotine all the time, Turks smoke like steam locomotives and there is no smoking culture in the hotel, they smoke everywhere by the pool, in the restaurant. About air conditioners, they are ancient, they make a lot of noise if they barely work in the room, in the lobby bar. The most important plus is the local climate, there is no terrible heat, that at night you can sleep without air conditioning, but when it is very stuffy, it is necessary. At lunch, you can fully relax on the beach under an umbrella. But umbrellas certainly let in the sun's rays. In general, everything is fine for an assessment. The main thing is to enjoy the terrain and, in principle, the change of scenery. If you want luxury, pay from 1 million rubles))

We stayed at the hotel from 5 to 14 September. I really liked it. We went beyond the sea and the sun and we got it. We lived in building A, the room is spacious, large balcony, gorgeous sea view. I was lucky with the neighbors, it was quiet) Yes, everything that was written in the previous reviews is true. Tea and coffee in the main restaurant only in the morning, the food is monotonous, I can't say anything about animation, because we didn't go to it, the staff don't know Russian. We took an excursion from Anex 3 in 1, we were satisfied. We went to the AVM shopping center, minibus 5 stops near the hotel, change to 7 in the center. In general, we were satisfied with the rest, I would definitely return to this hotel for the sake of nature and the sea.

The rooms are quite decent, cleaned every day. The territory is clean, surrounded by greenery and flowers. Even in the staircases and descents to the sea, they found advantages, calories from lunches and dinners also had to be burned somehow)). And of course the SEA....we never took a dip in the pool because the sea was so clear and warm that it is not possible to exchange it for any bleach. For those who go to the sea, the Aegean coast is exactly what they need.

I agree with all the previous negative reviews: queues for food, there are absolutely not enough seats in the restaurant (especially at dinner), a small beach, not enough sun beds, stupid umbrellas from the sun, a lot of smokers. But: I forgive everything to this hotel for the good attitude of all employees towards us. We arrived at 7 am, and we were immediately checked into the room! According to the rules, check-in from 14 h. At first they gave a room on the 1st floor, but thanks to the only Russian-speaking employee, they changed it to the 3rd floor with a gorgeous view of the sea. Cleaning on time, beach towels are always available, friendly waiters are at the bar, and glasses are poured according to the norm.
The most important advantage of the hotel is an unforgettable view of the Aegean Sea and the nearby Greek island of Samos.

We had a rest in July 2023. The rooms are tired, the closet is falling apart, the door flew out. The air conditioner in the room rattles when working. He looks about 20 years old. There are no family level rooms with two rooms. There is only a standard.
The restaurant is stuffy, as the floor air conditioners cannot cope with this area. Flies are flying around. I've never seen anything like this in Turkey. And I rested in many hotels. The food is extremely meager and monotonous. I have to stand in line for pasta and chicken.
Ice cream is given only once a day from 15-16 o'clock. And as you may have guessed, you have to stand in line.
The territory is small and you constantly have to go up and down stairs. There are practically no flat places.
There is no children's area where children can be left so that they do not bake in the sun. The evening animation is monotonous. I was pleasantly surprised by the ellusionists' show only once.
Bottom line: the hotel is not worth the money and we will not come here anymore.

The location of the buildings is a bomb, there was a small surcharge for the sea view, I did not regret this surcharge at all - it's fantastic. And the rooms are large, designed to highlight this beautiful view.
The equipment is all working, the furniture is in good condition. A large, interesting territory, a fairly large private beach. The territory is in relief, the descent to the beach is 90-something steps of health :)
If you find fault: the TV was slightly unclear, but there were Russian-language channels; the Internet is average (enough for a phone); umbrellas over sun beds on the beach would like to be wider (the sun is "evil" here); the choice of food after a couple of days seems slightly monotonous, but about like in other hotels.
I highly recommend the hotel.

Cons: the constant stench is not clear from what, whether some gases, or chemicals, almost most of the staff does not know English, or speak it very poorly, all drinks from vending machines (except coffee) are very strongly diluted with water, so there is a feeling that you are not drinking juice, but yuppie soluble colored powder), I don't know about many people, but personally the TV didn't work in our room (more precisely, only three Russian channels were shown there, and then one of them was without sound, and the other two were shown in very poor quality straight from the Soviet Union, and all other channels are either Turkish or do not work at all), there is also table tennis, so, forget about it, there is only one table that constantly wobbles from the slightest touch, and the rackets are cheap and unpleasant to play with, and most importantly (most likely this minus will sound like it was written by an old evil grandmother) at night from about 21:00 to 00:00 you have fun stupidly hammering music will sound under the windows, to which awake visitors (90% of whom are Turks) will dance, the most interesting thing is a few steps away there is a stage on which this music would play much much quieter and let you sleep normally.

We stayed at this hotel in July 2022.
For 10 nights, the tour was 155k for two adults.
He positions himself as a 4*, but it's more like a 3*, considering he's also 25 years old.
- Territory: quite large, there is a place to walk, a lot of greenery, 2 swimming pools, a spa complex (for a hotel fee), a tennis court, a small beach in a cove (there were enough sun beds), a gazebo with a "gezlime", a small ascetic reception.
- Rooms: our tour operator (anex) stated that the rooms are 50 sq.m. and it was a little captivating, but in fact this is an ordinary hotel room of 25 meters, there is no lighting in the rooms (just lamps on the bedside tables), the bathroom is very tired, the room itself is also quite "cheaply" made, the audibility is simply excellent (cleaning from above, the arrival of neighbors, something behind the door, you will be aware of all events), the balcony overlooks the territory and the sea, the Balcony itself is large, but not very cozy with Plexiglass partitions, cleaning every day.
- Food: the hotel positions itself as ultra all inclusive (imported alcohol, drinks in glass) but in fact it is not so. Any imported alcohol for a hotel fee, as such there is no cocktail card, there are no popular cocktails here, since they are all on the menu, which is paid separately (about 8-10 euros cocktail) cocktails that are included in the "all inclusive" to put it mildly are not very tasty, there is no stability, one day such a recipe, another another day. About lemonades in glass, which are replenished every day (as stated in the tour, you can forget, as in any fast food, only on tap). As for the food, the kitchen is very monotonous, it seems like a lot of things, but then you notice that, for example, the whole table with snacks is the same cheese and sausage, which are repeated, fruits are only apples, oranges, sometimes peaches and cherries. The meat is cooked delicious, but it gets boring quickly, as a result, it's the same every day. To pay tribute to "gezlima", a pleasant woman cooked, who greeted the guests with a smile and it was very tasty. What was very strange and wrong was the opening hours of the restaurant. Breakfast from 7:30-10:00, lunch from 12:30-14:00 (this is not normal at all, you have an hour and a half to have lunch) dinner from 19:00-21:00, there are no chips, fruits and generally something similar to snacks at the bar. Further, as for the work of the bars (there seem to be about 5 of them), but in fact, the most important beautiful bar is open only after 19:00, at the beach bar the choice of drinks leaves much to be desired (soda and beer) the pool bar, too, does not spoil with something interesting, the hotel word about the pool, I do not know how in other hotels, but at 18:00 the pool closes, although the sun and heat are almost until 21:00. Also, after 21:30, the animation begins, where you can drink cocktails while sitting at the table, but if you haven't bought yourself snacks, then you won't find it until the morning. No snacks, fruits, nothing.I compare it with 4* in Cyprus, where at the bar, When you approach, the bartender jokes with a smile, asks what to pour and shows hospitality in every possible way. There is no such thing here, you call the bartender yourself, you try to tell yourself which cocktail and what to mix (there is no menu from the word at all) alas, we did not feel any kind of warm welcome, most of the staff speak English, but very poorly, we had to use a Turkish translator to ask some banal things, several employees speak Russian (but these are units) very strange, since I have heard about Turkish hospitality, but there is no such thing, that there is you, Which is not.
- Entertainment: there is a tennis court, table tennis and billiards (the most battered table and a faulty cue, broken balls, in general it does not look like normal billiards at all) music plays by the pool during the day, some kind of animation takes place in the evening, but it is also quite simple. And anyway, as I later found out from one of the employees, 90% of the vacationers at the hotel are Turks. A separate story about the "Anex tour"
At the reception, the staff does not know about this company at all, and a guide comes to them, but you will not find any kind of booklet with excursions, contacts at the reception. The guide from anex did not come to the meeting, they sent another one, as well as one tour from the guide (yacht trip)
It turned out to be a deception and was performed poorly by 30% of what was promised (of course, the money cannot be returned), given that it cost 2 times more expensive than on the street and differed only for the worse. The transfer from them to the airport was delayed (apparently they just forgot and sent another car) and from the support hotline, which does not work in stressful situations.
Result:
Would I still be happy to go to this hotel or recommend it? No.

At the moment, we have been staying at this hotel for 4 days now. But it's very difficult to call it a vacation!
Our travel operator and, accordingly, the receiving party is Anex. Of course, there were no warnings on their part about all the nuances that will be described below.
So, we experienced our first uncomfortable feeling already at the moment of settling in. Please note that NO ONE speaks or understands Russian here. At all. No way. Only English and Turkish. Important issues at the reception had to be resolved through an online translator, which the staff themselves do not understand well, or pretend that they do not understand! The usual Turkish hospitality and wide smiles in your direction are not here and, most likely, will not be expected in the near future. Perhaps it was the same before. To be honest, we feel "out of place" every day, surrounded at least by our compatriots here, and at most by Turks + Europeans (more often Germans). By the way, they do not regret smiles for them :)
The most important moment that spoiled our vacation was the lack of any attention to our reason for coming here - we chose this hotel for a holiday and paid our own money! We are on a honeymoon, additionally my husband had a birthday the day before! As many as 2 important and joyful occasions!
Our agent made certain marks in the reservation, additionally, we took with us a copy of the certificate of a recently concluded marriage, and the date of the birthday is obviously visible in the copy of the passport, which is made before giving you a room card.
Neither for the honeymoon, nor for the birthday, we were not given a single compliment from the hotel!!! Please take this into account, all those who are going on vacation to celebrate something important for themselves, and do not spoil your vacation!!!
We have repeatedly contacted the reception and guest relay. The first two times they threw up their hands in front of us, saying that they didn't even understand what we were talking about.. for the third and last time, when we were tired of humiliating ourselves and begging for at least a bottle of champagne / fruit / cake (at least one thing!), we were answered very rudely and irritably..
We rested a lot, including on birthdays! Including in other regions of Turkey! But this is the first time we have encountered such a reaction and such an attitude towards the guests who came and chose this hotel for their special occasions. This is a shock for us!
We had never been persuaded by any hotel to treat us before, and silently received wonderful compliments! This time we literally ran around to be pleased with something, especially for the amount that we gave in modern realities - and got nothing.
About the amount.. apart from the beautiful nature and the Aegean Sea, the hotel is not worth the money. The room stock is quite old. Tolerable, but old. The bathroom is even worse.
The food is monotonous. There is a choice, but every day is the same. The breakfasts are really very meager. Sometimes we wake up with the desire not to go to them at all, because we are tired of eating the same thing every morning in a row, and also standing in line for it. Today we waited for pancakes for about 20 minutes.. eggs 15.
Beach. Small, unkempt, dirty. There are places, but it's really very crowded! The entrance to the sea is slightly rocky, followed by sand. The sea is dirty!!! This is a credit to the hotel and I will explain why.. everything is covered in algae, not cleaned. Wrappers, patches, cigarette packs, bags, and even float.. used feminine hygiene items.. We noticed this "miracle" on 02.08 on the first day of our vacation.. 03.08 after lunch, "it" was still floating there.. that is, the hotel does not monitor its bay at all.
When we went to the embankment outside the hotel, we saw a beautiful, clean, white sand, no algae and debris, as well as stones, city beach! It is in great demand among the locals, so there are always a lot of people there.. but it's worth it. It costs more than the bay of the hotel. We're going there all day tomorrow. Can you imagine? Pay to go to the city beach. And don't expect waves.. It's a bay. Wait for the garbage in the bay. He will be there, I assure you!
And beach towels for the beach itself, or the pool, for whom...)
is a separate story. Let me remind you again - we have been resting for the fourth day. So, we still haven't received our towels! In a hotel, the concept of which implies their issuance, they simply do not exist! We run in the morning, run at lunch, run in the evening (issue from 10 to 17), but we still can't get them. In broken English, they explain to us that they are over and shrug their shoulders.
I had to go to the market in the hotel itself, it was not planned to spend $$$ and buy my own towels for the beach to sunbathe and swim in peace, which is why we came..
By the way, the dollar is not loved everywhere here. Look for lira, or change more euros. And yes, it won't be easy to go shopping on your own. It is easy to go down, and it is difficult to get back to the hotel with shortness of breath. The Grand Blue Sky is located on the top of a mountain with not a small degree :)
Think about all this several times before paying a huge amount for a tour to this place. If in doubt, look for an alternative.. You won't lose it. You did not come to read reviews of this hotel in vain!

The hotel has a large beautiful area, which I continuously treat with insect repellent chemicals. You go to dinner, and in front of you a worker sprays both plants, and you, and children. The smell is creepy. In decent rooms, such a procedure is carried out at night to withstand 3-4 hours before the appearance of people. The beach is not cleaned and a tractor periodically drives along it to lay out mattresses, it becomes impossible to breathe. There are not enough staff in the dining room, there are queues everywhere. If you are late for the start, then some positions are no longer there.
On the positive side, there is delicious food, the room is cleaned daily, and a beautiful view.
Overall, it's 3*. And I would not recommend traveling here with children, given the continuous smog from chemicals.

I liked the hotel. Small, but very cozy. It descends to the sea in several tiers. The sea is calm, the entrance is sand. Ideal for small children. There are a lot of staff, they clean well, and there are lifeguards at sea and by the pool. An old modest hotel. The only beautiful thing is the plants in the territory, which is very small. People who write that the territory is large, what do you compare it with??? The perimeter of the hotel is only 650 meters in a circle!!! The atmosphere of the reception and bars is austere, you can just say poor. The room is spacious, the decor is minimalistic. The linen and towels are clean. Food.... Quiet horror ... the choice is minimal, the quality of the design is below the baseboard.
I'm not interested in animation.
The staff is very so-so, apparently they pay little and require accordingly not much.
In general, we would like to live out our time and forget it like a terrible dream.

The minibus stops at the gate of the hotel. Two pools of different depths, one with a bar. You can eat and drink almost around the clock. The staff is very friendly.
