The room service stole 1500 euros from the room. The manager refused to help. Said there is nothing she can do. Found in instagram evidence that it is not the first time money were stolen in the hotel.
The main thing: THEFT - valuables were stolen from us (a chain and a cross, an engagement ring)
And now in order:
1. When we checked in, we were told to wait a bit, and then they just gave up on us. The girls at the reception were having fun in their lounge and they didn't care that we were waiting to check in. As soon as we came up and reminded ourselves, we were escorted to the room with a crooked face.
In general, the staff works very mediocre. The girls at the reception with the perpetually unhappy face and the cleaners who sit on the floor in their closets and watch videos
2. Bed linen and towels are all old and dirty. Some towels have 2019 tags on them, which means they are already 6 years old. They look extremely untidy and more like a doormat. There were brown and orange spots almost everywhere, I'm afraid to imagine what kind of origin. Plus, I was allergic to a textile treatment product, I had itching all over my body and it was hard to sleep, restless.
3. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room. I'm not talking about mold and dampness, it's the same everywhere.
4. In our backpack, in a secret pocket, we had a chain with a cross and a ring, which were eventually STOLEN from us. Of course, the hotel replied to us that they were not involved, and that the cleaners were forbidden to touch the bags of the guests, but this was not the case, we noticed that the location had been changed. In general, this situation has greatly spoiled all the impressions of the trip and now we will not return to Thailand, as this has never happened, we have been to many places.
It's a pity that such a location, nice, well-maintained territory and decent rooms. Sooner or later, in the absence of attention from management and a change of staff, all this will sink into oblivion.
Convenient location. Not far from the sea, up to a kilometer. The presence of cafes and shops near the hotel, including Semerochka, as tourists call it. The territory of the hotel is not large, but cozy, without frills.
