Our stay was perfect

We had a rest in March 2024 at this hotel. I really liked the hotel itself, beautiful, and its location, almost in the historical center of Istanbul. The staff is very friendly, especially the Russian-speaking girl, the manager, is always ready to prompt and help. Although it should be noted that the other guys are also very attentive and even try to speak a little Russian, which is very nice! The breakfasts are delicious and, of course, the coffee is amazing!
We cleaned every day, quickly and very clean!

Шикарный отель с прекрасным сервисом, красивыми номерами, рестораном на крыше с видом на Босфор, стариным хамамом)) вкусные интересные завтраки, в номерах есть кофемашина, меню подушек, классный интерьер. Окна моего номера выходили на внутренний дворик с фонтанчиком и голубями, Поэтому в номере было слышно ненавязчивое умиротворяющее журчание воды) Галата в 5 минутах, кораблики по Босфору и галата порт в 10 минутах. Рекомендую!

The location of this hotel is just great!
But... when we arrived to check into the hotel, there were 7 of us, we had purchased 3 rooms, where we notified the hotel staff about the possible settlement of us on the same floor. When we checked in, we were given rooms, and we were shocked 🤯 one room was on the 0 floor, that is, when you look out the window, there are other people looking at our room, then we were given a room with a view of the wall of another building, and the third room is generally just kapets- in our room there was the door to another room where other people lived and we heard everything they were talking about, usually in such rooms with a door, families with children are accommodated in an adjacent room. Next, we asked to replace our rooms, as other rooms were dissuaded and paid for with everything, somehow they changed two rooms and gave us on the same floor, but one room remained with a view of the wall of another hotel.
The breakfasts at the hotels were amazing, very tasty!
The rooms were cleaned well. The hotels have a famous restaurant, it's delicious there, but you can make a menu in Russian. Since we are not the only Russians who were in this hotel.
So, in general, at first the impression was spoiled, but then the mood was slightly restored. But I wouldn't stop there a second time. Just a beautiful building with a history.

При выборе отеля не сомневайтесь и бронируйте именно его. Отличный маленький и очень уютный отель. Фото на сайте соответствуют тому что есть на самом деле. Место расположение супер!!!! - лучше не придумать. Все рядом и в пешей доступности. Даже станция метро. Но есть одно маленькое НО!!! Если Вам попадется номер не с видом на пролив, а на внутреннюю улочку то Вы должны быть готовы к такому виду. Фото прикрепляю. Но даже этот вид не испортил нашего впечатления об отдыхе.

Everything was perfect, you can say one of the most good castings in Istanbul, but minus the location, if you want peace, choose the Asian part of the city

Отличное расположение. 5 минут от остановки трамвая Karakoy, 5 минут до Галатской башни, 5 минут до станции метро, до района с Голубой мечетью 10 минут пешком по мосту. Прекрасный персонал, отличная уборка и завтраки.

Отель хороший, но на верхнем этаже находится бар, ночью спать совершенно невозможно

Плохое расположение и маленький номер с видом на лобби, шуиюм даже ночью. Завтраки посредственнве, выбор маленький. В номере не убирали ь.
