The price and quality are excellent, 12 minutes walk to the beach in a straight line, I traveled by taxi bike, 50 baht on average in Patong price tag. There was always order with cleaning and replacement of consumables, I lived on the 3rd floor of room 235.(10 nights 17.03-26.03)Superior Fruit Shake Double Bed / 1AD | RO. I had breakfast several times, the price is 150 baht, 6 hot dishes from the menu, as well as fruits, coffee sandwiches, etc. A small basement on the second floor.The girls were allowed in without extra charge.
I think the money spent is clearly worth it.
Before leaving, I presented the "reception" with an elephant (a small souvenir)Hang it on the wall, tell anyone who sees it, do you know Alex))) Maybe the attitude towards you will be the same as towards me, since the reviews vary as I see them. I didn't have a chance to look at the other rooms.

Excellent staff. We checked in before 14:00 . The rooms are old, the furniture needs restoration/replacement, but the mattress is comfortable. The pillows are big and already all knocked down ((( , BUT THE WORST THING IS THE SOUND INSULATION!!!!(((( at 9 a.m. they can bang, throw and run over the head😂

We spent our holidays in this hotel and did not regret it at all. The hotel is very cozy, the staff is friendly, the room is cleaned every day, clean towels, bed linen is changed. There is a swimming pool, it is not large, but in principle it is deep, you can turn on the Jacuzzi in the pool. There is a sauna. But it is a little far away, every day we walk 5 km back and forth, to eat, to the sea beach. There is a restaurant next to the hotel about 100 meters away, prices do not differ much, that restaurant, that cafe, the place is beautiful, clean and cozy and you can eat delicious. There are also 2 super markets near the hotel, open 24 hours. We chose the hotel very carefully and it is worth all 4 stars) we were not mistaken in our choice.

The girls at the reception are always friendly, smiling, always happy to help, although they do not understand Russian, but you can easily communicate using a translator on your phone.The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the sea.Patong beach is also very pleasant, although they say that it is dirty....Personally, I didn't see a single wrapper...

A short-lived hotel. I had a room with a balcony with a full-length stained glass window. I entered the room through the balcony, I did not use the second door. A full bathroom. There is an open wardrobe, refrigerator, kettle, bottled drinking water, coffee, huge bed, boudoir. Well cleaned, friendly staff. The room is clean, fresh, no smells. The air conditioner is working properly. The hotel is located in a quiet place, the room is quiet. It is far from the sea and the walking path is not convenient if you walk along the street without turning off, because there are no sidewalks and very intense and noisy traffic. But the street leads to the northern, cleanest part of the beach. You can turn left after refueling and calmly walk along the sidewalks where you need to, or take a bike and ride around the island with a windscreen. The hotel has its own internal bike parking. Every evening I walked to the Nice massage parlor located next to the Central shopping center, although it was the furthest from the hotel, because there I met a very good master, her name is Un. I think the rest of the craftsmen are at a high level, because there are always a lot of shoes of visitors on the porch. Be sure to take a tour of the Similan Mountains.

It takes 15-20 minutes on foot to the party streets, just to shake up what you've eaten. Nice hotel. Great staff! Polite and helpful girls at the reception, speak good English. Breakfasts are also normal - fruits, juices, coffee, milk, cereals, several egg dishes.
The rooms are clean. They cleaned every day.
I took off one star for the location - it's far from the beach and the main streets.
You can rent a bike or bicycle right at the hotel at a reasonable price.

Let's start with the sad one:
The hotel is lame in cosmetics, the sun beds by the pool are rusted. The hydro massage does not work in the pool, or rather it does not work, they are not in a hurry to fix it. During my stay (11/14/19-11/26/19), before my eyes, only the fences were refreshed on the balconies. A week before the departure, our refrigerator could not be changed / repaired. Unfortunately, the bar on the top floor was closed. The hotel looks tired. The elevator in the old stains on the walls is not clear from what-they have never been washed. Well, whoever is in Tae and finds out about Sabai will probably forgive all this.
And now about the good things:
Great friendly staff, always smiling. The pool is being cleaned, I saw it personally. Breakfast is for slaughter! Main course plus buffet! The room is cleaned every day and they do it conscientiously and for 5+! Cheap bikes for rent at the hotel 200TH day. We took a ride without any problems. The main thing is a hotel without a Deposit! There were problems with the air conditioner-they were solved promptly on the same day. There are no animals in the rooms. The completeness of a simple room for two: refrigerator,hairdryer,umbrella,modern safe!, air conditioning,TV, lamp. The bed is a bomb! Huge)
This is the main thing that I remember, but the overall result:
The hotel keeps its 3 * rooms confidently and with dignity, no matter what, it is pleasant to be and communicate with the staff. There may be difficulties with the location of those living with children. We rested in it without a drop of disappointment. Moreover, Phuket is a place where it is more important and interesting to be everywhere than in a hotel)Yes, there are nuances-but I will not hesitate to recommend the hotel and I will definitely do it.

The hotel is three-star, the rooms are very small, we were given a room without a balcony, there was nowhere to dry things, it was very inconvenient. They refused to change the number. The strangest thing is that we were warned that if we dirty the bed linen or towels, there will be a fine or we will have to wash them!!! This is the first time I've encountered such wildness. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the beach along a noisy road without a sidewalk, the pleasure is below average. There are shops nearby and a couple of good cafes.
