I recommend the hotel, I really liked everything! Beautiful territory, everything is green, spacious rooms, cleaned every day. Delicious breakfasts . A quiet , peaceful place . Friendly staff! 7 minutes to the sea , close to cafes and shops . The only negative is the road, it 's a bit noisy at night, especially on weekends ! But of the cons, this is most likely the only one! Otherwise, it's a very nice hotel!

Very nice hotel :) Karon Beach is 5-7 minutes walk away. The staff is very friendly. The breakfasts are excellent. You can not be afraid to buy excursions at local stalls (more expensive from tour operators). A hotel with a small but cozy territory! If you need an iron, they'll bring you an iron. There are umbrellas in the room. They are cleaned every day. Upon check-in, the deposit is $ 100; upon check-out, it is refunded if nothing is damaged in the room.

We had a rest in March-April 2025. I really liked the hotel. It is located close to the sea. Cool swimming pool with Jacuzzi and paddling pool, maximum depth of 1.5 meters. Polite and friendly staff. We always went to a meeting, repeatedly asked for ice at the bar and sliced mango in the kitchen. Cleaning is done every day, but it can be done less often for your convenience. A cool feature is the pool bar, we used it several times, the cocktails are good, but the price is above average. The air conditioner works very well, even too well, it was not possible to set it up comfortably, it always felt like the cold air was blowing at 16-20 degrees, the window (the door to the balcony) was slightly opened for comfort, but because of this, a swarm of midges.
Very tasty breakfasts. It was quite diverse (there was always 1 soup and 5-6 different dishes) and, as it seemed to me, it was aimed at Europeans. There were only a few spicy dishes during the entire vacation, but there was always a choice and there was an opportunity to choose something more neutral. Lots of fruits and vegetables. Baking is also present. You can ask to pack breakfast with you if you are going on a tour or to the airport.
Cons that are worth noting:
1) It is difficult to cross the road to the sea with heavy traffic (but it is almost everywhere)
2) On the way to the awesome beach, there is a pond and a stinky river (more precisely, a channel), where some part of the sewer supposedly drains, if not all, but a few minutes to be patient and there will be a clean beach
3) All rooms overlook the sea and, accordingly, the road, and the sound insulation is not at a high level, so it will be difficult for those who are sensitive to noise to fall asleep, but earplugs solve this problem.

The room is generally comfortable. Not all cosmetics are available, although the room description states that there is a dental kit.
They are poorly cleaned. The air conditioner is noisy. The audibility is very high between the rooms. But the most important inconvenient thing is the road nearby, it's very noisy, and at night, too, even if you change the room, it won't be washed away, since all the windows and balconies of the hotel face the road (The reception staff is friendly, especially the men who help carry the luggage. No one understands Russian, only through a translator or English. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the shops along the road. The sea was located closer to the right corner, there were fewer people there and the Thais took good care of their sun beds. It costs 250 baht for one sunbed per day.

The breakfast at the hotel is varied, there are fruits and Thai dishes. The pool is not large, but there was enough space for everyone, including sun beds. There are cafes and shops near the hotel (including seven elevator).

Now we are resting at the hotel, we like everything in general, we were satisfied with the choice of the hotel. Very clean, cleaning every day. The breakfasts are good. The territory is small, but very cozy. A green zone separates you from the road. Great pool. Almost only Russians are staying at the hotel. There are no problems with the language at the reception, you can explain yourself in broken English, as well as download a translator into Thai, and Thais already know a lot of words in Russian. To the sea 3 min walk along the lake.

It takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the sea. We have to cross a fairly busy road, but we were lucky, there was a man with a red flag who helped the residents of the hotel cross the road. The hotel is great! Room 225 is on the second floor. No comments. There were different breakfasts. The eggs were cooked by an egg couturier! A room with a balcony. There's a table with 2 chairs. Towels were changed every day, small ones. Big ones, when I was in the room, I asked for everything to be done and replenished. Opposite, across the street is Lake Karona. There is a sea beyond the lake, 5-7 minutes to walk. I took this location specifically for walking and walking. 🤗🌞😁

We rested for 2 weeks. The hotel is not new, but clean and cozy. The staff is very friendly. The room is cleaned every day. The infrastructure is very extensive, cafes and eateries have already gone within a 2-minute walk. There is a night market nearby. There were no problems at all for the sun loungers by the pool. The sea is nearby. Some advantages except for one, there is no hair dryer in the room. For me, as a woman, this is very important.!! You need to take it with you, it's a pity I haven't read about it anywhere before. And I highly recommend it!!

I liked the hotel: small, clean. Mostly Russians and Germans are vacationers.
Located close to the beach (across the street and a small pond), the staff is friendly, they always rush to help when contacting, a nice pool with "bubblers". The breakfasts are meager, but we had enough! We had lunch and dinner first on the beach, then we explored a restaurant right next to the pond (if you leave the hotel, cross the road and turn left on the road you immediately run into it). They cook very tasty there, the price tag is average (tom yam 150b, Shake 60b, juice 120b)

We stayed for 2 weeks. Pros: breakfast, excellent pool, clean, fresh rooms, cheerful air conditioning, green area, nimble wi-fi. The disadvantages are the proximity of the road, but not critical. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach, but in our case it's a plus, there's a good market and fruit stalls along the way. I advise you to take sun beds in the shade on the pool and early, and ask for a room away from the kitchen distribution area, because dishes rattle in the morning) in the evening there is a ban on gatherings on the pool, but in Thailand there are many prohibitions, that's why they are given so that you know what ..))
