Dear girls, I strongly recommend that you do not waste your time and money on this institution. I signed up for a laser hair removal procedure for the promotion, but the master did not even get to know me and did not ask if I had previously had a similar procedure. In addition, during the procedure, he did not ask a single question about my comfort, feelings of warmth, etc. Zero contact with the client. In addition, the effect of the procedure turned out to be zero: already during the session I felt that something was wrong, because there was not even a hint of warmth from the device, and not a single hair fell out. I will add that the procedure itself involved the treatment of the entire body and should not last 15 minutes. I have never seen such an express approach in other salons, and this already indicates negligence and poor-quality service. I am sure that such unprofessional approaches only spoil the reputation of the salon.

I went to the laser hair removal procedure, the salon administrator is unfriendly, immediately left a very unpleasant impression. Before the procedure, they did not provide an agreement for the provision of services. I can't tell you the result yet, but the procedure went too fast - it took less than 30 minutes for the whole body, there was a feeling that not all areas were well treated. Before leaving, the administrator did not ask how everything went, did not ask about an appointment for the next time, just held out a terminal for payment and did not even respond to my "goodbye". I supplement the review: there was no result from the procedure.
